Am I the only one that can rearrange, sort through and move a variety of things...spending well over an hour doing it, mind you...and not see much of a difference? Usually, I can tell even if no one else can...but this time, I don't feel like my efforts made much of an impact. Oh well, not the end of the world. I did pull out a spread to work on in PL, though...so we'll see if I start on that today.
My husband was supposed to run errands and take the kids out for most of the day so I could have some quiet, but my middle kiddo woke up not feeling well (he didn't feel great at bedtime last night, either) so they are all curled up in our room watching Toy Story 1 and 2. I find that if I know there is stirring in the house, I have a harder time concentrating. It took me several months to get used to the school schedule before I was productive last year and it looks like I'm starting out this year off no better. Then I had to repeat the adjustment when school let out for the summer. Change and I aren't friendly. I take a while to get used to it; routine is my friend.

I didn't get much done since I had a lot to do Saturday and yesterday got bogged down in trying to sort out my accounts - but I did stamp a whole page of images to use with cards and then cut them out with my Cameo using my Pixscan mat and did an ink blended background for a new card.

Got a bit done, DH was out of town, so I 'holed' up in my room from Sat Afternoon, till @3:30 Sunday afternoon. P.S. it was wonderful.
Finally started on a granddaughter book...been doing the 3 grandsons so far this year. 11 pages done, but missing some pics...and printer is out of ink, so there are a few missing in between. I may not scrap chronologically, but really try to have my books in chronological order.
Also have 3 more pages for the other granddaughter designed but not yet glued down. these will sit on my desk, and during the week I will try to figure out what I feel is 'missing'...y'all ever do that? Like the second look makes them more complete?
AND, grabbed some old kits that were 'almost' done...and was able to if not use them up, at least break up a few of them. So, it does feel like I accomplished something.
Also watched the last season of Grimm...wow..

I did several layouts today, in between loads of laundry and random picking up.
All in all, a pretty good scrap weekend.

I made this horse photo tray for my daughters birthday that photo tray and card are awesome! my older daughter rides every Sunday at the crack of dawn (she's up at 5, leaves at 6 to ride at 630) but the younger one only got to ride at a day event her GS troop participated in (which my older daughter and her riding friends put on) and then this summer at camp. Our GS camp doesn't have horses any longer so we took her to another GS camp out of area which did. She's already counting down the days until she can go back next summer That is fabulous Linda

Did not scrap any, but decided to jump on starting to order my last 2 months of photos. I kept putting it off figuring I could wait until one event to pass to make sure I had 100 pics (we went to Knott's Berry Farm at the start of the month) but when we got home, I started a bunch of organizing projects instead. But now, even though the tidying isn't 100% done (I started to relocate another container of things that I noticed out of the corner of my eye last night and it's still spread across my desk), I think that starting is my goal today. The hope is to order by Wednesday evening so my order will hopefully ship by Friday. If I get my photos chosen and start editing tomorrow, I should be good to go. This is the further behind I've been in a year, so we shall see how daunting a task it truly is soon enough! If you don't hear from me for a while, send caffeine!!
