I'm reading Elven by Bernhard Hennen.
It's a fantasy book, which is so out of my realm of normal genres. I've about 1/2 way through and I'd give it about a 3/5. It's part of a 3 book series. I don't know if I'll read the other two but I'll definitely finish this one.

I finished Before We Were Yours - it was good but I wanted it to end faster so I could know how the whole story! I also finished One Plus One by Jojo Moyes. Cute story. I've started Home Again by Kristin Hannah and I'm listening to the Fireman by Joe Hill.

I finished two books this week.
The Best We Could Do by Thi Bui. This one is a graphic novel. It covers some history of Vietnam, the escape of the author's family to the US and their life here. I really think the graphic novel format is just not for me.
The Late Show by Michael Connelly. Connelly is the author of the Harry Bosch series, which I really like. In this book he starts a new series about a female detective, Renee Ballard. This one was definitely a good police procedural. I don't think Connelly was quite as successful in writing about a female, as he has been with his male characters. That said, I will definitely be reading any other books he writes in this series with the hope that the Ballard character is developed a little better.

Need ideas for next library trip! Does anyone look for ideas at Barnes and Noble website? I used to search for a book and then they would list others that people who bought that book liked. I would get so many ideas that way. When I went on the other day, it no longer had the "pin" for pinterest. Has anyone else noticed that? Or maybe I just can't find it. I love to pin them because I always lose my lists when I write them down! I do this on Amazon, it does the same thing as B&N, if I search a book that I read and enjoyed, it gives other suggestions for books you might enjoy. There is also a website to called What Should I Read Next, where you can enter books you like, and it will give you suggestions for what to read next. I get most of my books from the library, so I like to go to those website first and get ideas of books to read, although lately, my To Be Read list is so big, I haven't needed to search for books! :-) That's what I do too! Ever since I realized that I could request a book from the county if my library doesn't have it I have been saving so much money getting books from library! Thanks to you and the other peas that suggested goodreads and amazon!
