keknj Your display is great along the banister! Plenty of room for growth. 😉 And I have all of my cards from years past saved. I have a beautiful large Christmas gift box that they get stored in. Right now the new ones are in a small tabletop sleigh. I have a large mirror in my entryway that I'll display them on later. I also don't have Instagram, so once I get mine displayed I'll post photos here. What do you do with all the cards from past years? Do you look through them from time to time? I used to display them. Stick some in the tree, along a ribbon banner, in the garland on the mirror. But I have quite the collection now! And I'm too much of a sentimental pack rat to get rid of them yet. There are a lot of lovely handmade cards. Plus, I don't have family. All the cards I get are from you ladies and it really brightens up mine and my family's Christmas. ❤️

I keep one or two cards that I really like and put them in my Project Life. I also take a picture of all the cards as they are displayed so I can add that as well. The cards then end up in my recycle bag. I'm a purger.

Just wanted to say Thank You So Much to everyone who has sent me a card so far! I love this card exchange so much! I wanted to let you all know that I am still working on my cards but will get them out before Christmas. I am running late due to health issues but am enjoying making them.

The last batch of mine are going out today. I got almost everyone... I ran out of envelopes so a few of you are getting plain old ugly envelopes with a little note on the back.. I finally gave up.. I think I only missed about 10 people... so sorry about that! I had one bunch go out with Harry Potter stamps and the rest I think are Christmas.. I thought the HP ones are kinda funny to put on Christmas cards though.
So I used to save all my cards year to year. I would throw them all in a ziplock and mark each bag with the year on it. Then throw them in with the decorations. Well about 20 years of doing this it takes up almost a 1/2 of a storage box. Last year I did a project with them. I went through all of them by year. The ones I didn't want to save I tore the backs off and saved the front. (We will get back to that).. the ones I wanted to save and Christmas letters I made books out of them. I used those metal rings and then I hole punched the sides and there you go (if there wasn't a place to punch I added cardstock and punched the cardstock instead. I made a back and front cover out of chipboard and decorated the covers. I have a total of two pretty big books. I am displaying them in a basket next to my current cards that are hanging up.
The cards that I didn't save or have no sentimental value, I made tags out of the pictures. Some cards I could get one or two tags and some just one. I strung yarn or ribbon on the top and now I am using those on my packages this year. They are ADORABLE and so fun to pick one out. I have enough tags to get through at least 2 or 3 years.

I have kept all of the cards I've gotten from every year I've participated in this swap. I put a ribbon around each stack of cards and then put a piece of paper on the top with the year of the swap. Someday I plan to do something with them. I still scrapbook so that is an option. No way could I throw away all of this handmade goodness.
We have a built in 3 bookshelf unit that came with out house. It is painted white and in the center is a spot for a small TV. The two outer shelves are set at an angle. That is where we place the cards so that they can be seen by everyone.
Each day the cards come in DH and I have a great time opening them and talking about how wonderful they are and the work that went into making each one. As the years have gone by friends and family have pretty much stopped sending cards (I still get 2-3) and so getting these cards for us is one of the best parts of Christmas. It really brings a warm spot to each day. So thanks so much everyone who has sent me a card! I really appreciate it. You will receive yours very soon.

Every year we pick out our favorites. The rest get recycled to the local middle school art teacher. Our Pea Famous wall is always ohhed and awed over just as much as the current years display.

I'm running behind! I had to get the cards for the local nursing home done first and those were delivered on Monday. My first batch of pea exchange cards went postal today and I plan another mail run on Friday. There are 18 cards ready to be assembled on my craft table and I'll need to crank out at least 2 more designs after that. My cards are coming, peas!

All 135 of my cards went out today (I also sent one to Spencer in the hospital, canadianscrapper’s son)! I love all the cards I’ve received from the peas. It really is so much fun going to the mailbox every day. Thank you everyone! It took me much longer than I expected to do all the cards for this year’s swap. Maybe I should start now on the cards for the 2018 swap.
Do you have that address handy? I would like to send him one too!

I ran out of my digitally created cards, used up some random ones I had around the house and put together 4 more paper/adhesive/stamping/embossing ones. I'm still figuring out how to use embossing powder correctly. They probably won't go out until Friday because that'll be my first kid free time to make a run to the Post Office.

This is my first year. I’ve sent one batch out, my homemade ones. Everyone else is getting store bought (but they’re cute). The’ve been ready but we’ve had snow every day for over a week. I’ll go to the post office on Friday when dh is home or make him take me. DH has already told me to start making cards every month for next year. I still have to figure out how I’m going to display them.

I sent one to Spencer also. canadianscrappergirl is Kathy. I just came home and saw the request for Spencer’s address and his mom’s name. So glad you found it and posted it here. I made 135 cards and later realized that my address was included in the list. I was planning on making a separate one for Spencer, but having the extra card worked out perfectly. Kathy said Christmas was a favorite holiday of his, so maybe some Pea cards will make things a little brighter for him at the hospital.

First off, I need to thank you all...your cards are totally brightening each and every day. I love them all, handmade and store bought I also want to give a HUGE shout out to @gemini_jen She sent me a Hanukkah card which warmed every bit of my heart and is super thoughtful. Thank you! In my years participating in the swap, this is the first Hanukkah card I've received. I'd love to send Hanukkah cards to our Jewish peas. I wonder if we might be able to give the option to identify ourselves next year in case others want to make/send Hanukkah cards to the Jewish card swappers? Food for thought anyway.... Happy holidays everyone!

I don't have any appropriate stamp sets but this would give me the perfect reason to buy one (or two) I've really liked.

I want to thank you all for the cards! I so was not expecting so many. The card holder I made years AGO is overflowing. I hang it on my front door which is steel. So since I can out magnets on the door (you know hoping kids will actually read my notes) I am going to have to put cards all over the door this year! We've had a pretty tough year so I am sorry that I can't send out cards to everyone on the list. Just wanted to let you all know that the avalanche of awesome cards has put a big smile on the faces of everyone in our household.

Totally loving all the cards I've received so far! It's a treat everyday to open the mailbox. I've already run out of room to display them properly, so I'm thinking ahead as to what I can do differently in the future. Pinterest here I come! My family cards and international cards went out on Monday, a big batch of pea cards on Tuesday, and some more yesterday. I think over half done so far. I used up almost all the cards that I already had made, so I need to finish a few more that I have "in process" ie....laying in pieces all over my work table!...and then decide whether I have enough time to make the rest or if they'll be purchased cards.

I have an idea for how to display them, but I need to pick up some of that wide net ribbon from M's on Monday. Thank you to everyone!

He said he had some in the basement. Yeah, I was able to put 6 cards on the door. I told him I could probably cover both sides of the door minus the wreath and card holder areas. So he had to look in the 3 pockets and was like, Yup I'll look for them in bulk.

I picked up my mail from the post office today. Seriously, I don’t know how she got them all in there. I still have 1/2 of the pile left to open, but each one is so pretty and brings a smile to my face. Thank you all.
Also I’d love to know if I should be sending Christmas or Hanukkah card.
