Noodles with butter and salt, zero protein, but delicious! That's the first thing I thought of!

Usually I go with some kind of junk fast food.
Fries(light) from InNOut Chocolate shake Chips/salsa from Chili's Curly fries from Arby Caramel sundae from McD's
Sometimes one thing, sometime more than one. Junk food fest!

It depends on what you mean. If you are talking about meal time then something simple like mentioned above cheese, an orange, grilled cheese sandwiches, peanut butter sandwich etc.
If you are talking about that ravenous time when you feel like you could just everything, but everything you can think of doesn't sound good, then I eat cereal.

Chicken quesadilla or peanut butter and banana "quesadilla." Heat up the griddle or cast iron, layer stuff on a tortilla, cook a few minutes on each side. Easy peasy and filling.

Like Elaine, we make and freeze big batches of soup and chilli. Then take out individual portions.
Tacos or a chicken ceaser salad are some of our “easy night” dinners too.
Friday night here is fend for yourself night so mostly cereal for kids and a sandwich for DH and I lol.

Gallo pinto, Nicaraguan tortilla, Latin cheese and chilero. That's my default dinner.

popcorn
Or, nothing. If nothing sounds good, chances are I'm not really hungry. I'm in the habit of eating. Nothing says I have to eat dinner at dinner time. I might just eat nothing at all.
