Mine is still active!! Now I'm starting to get nervous if I will get all I ordered.. (I also ordered the 1$ planner and would really like to get it to use it for my fitness tracking!)
Question for all who already have received their orders or who have a shipping notice: did you order during the last days of the sale? I ordered over various days (26-30) - maybe they do the order in the opposite way. Who ordered their last order on the last days get's the stuff later (does that make sense?) because everything else is not making any sense: I ordered on the first day of the sale and I'm on top of the alphabet.

I ordered the first day. My order shipped on Friday. Should be here tomorrow.
Also I believe they just ship randomly because I ordered one of the last ali Edwards story by the month kits and received mine way before others.

They take a list of all orders in the order that the first order in the shipment was placed. Then they decide how many orders each packer should do, say 50. So they give each packer a list of 50, still in order... so packer 1 gets orders 1-50, packer 2 gets orders 51-100, etc. Then when they get shipped out, they actually seem out of order because packer 2's first shipped order was order 51 which will ship before most of packer 1's orders, but each packer goes in order on their specific list.
Just a totally random theory, but it would explain how they organize shipping and why it seems so random. It could be the luck of the draw because if you're order #50 under this system you get shipped practically last (unless there were additional orders not assigned to anyone until they finished their first 50) and order #51 gets to be one of the first.

cardmaker Wow. You paid the full shipping fees twice if you're in Canada, right? If that is the case, I would just tell them they don't have their say in the matter. I received both my SC boxes yesterday. The shiping labels were created the same day as the orders were placed, but both boxes shipped a week later. I received them about six days afterwards. Nothing has ever been so fast! Everything I ordered was sent to me, including popular stamps. I was quite pleased this time around. I wish everyone had the same experience.

I am in Canada as well and placed 3 orders. The last 2 were very small and I did them separately because the separate shipping totalled less than for a combined order (I spent way too much time experimenting with putting different things in my cart to figure out how it changed shipping costs). Looking at my tracking it looks like they combined my 2nd and 3rd orders in one box as they have the same tracking number (none of the 3 have arrived yet, though all were shipped the same day even though they were ordered on different days). In my case, I don't care that they have put two orders in one box as they were both <$10 of merchandise, so it won't cause a customs fee, and it was cheaper for me this way shipping. But in your case you should definitely ask for some sort of rebate on shipping since they cost you the customs handling fee and taxes you wouldn't have otherwise had to pay. It's weird that they bundled some orders for outside the US when people paid separate shipping for each order. But from all I've read on here they have a completely illogical shipping and customer service system, so I guess it's not unexpected for them.

Thanks everyone for your responses and suggestions I did immediately reply to customer service to point out the 2 identical tracking numbers, to show that yes clearly they bundled/combined my orders, I'm not confused. You're right I should get a shipping refund, I should not have to demand it. Not sure yet what they'll say and what I'll say in return. I really can't believe all the issues I've read about, especially overselling Goes without saying that should never ever happen... I really hope everyone gets what they ordered!!

So I did get a response back, from someone else and it was a much better response, more informative, responsive and apologetic. I was told the feedback would be given to the shipping manager. I was also told if I have customs fees to screenshot the bill and be in touch (not sure if it would be reimbursed). So I am happy with this response at this point. I only purchased light items purposely, so my shipping fees were minimal, it really was just the customs issue and responsiveness to my feedback.

Mine is out for delivery today. I have a total of 3 orders. One medium order I would say and then two small ones. I am used to SC's dysfunction so whatever I get I get lol. ihaveonly1l I ordered 3 of the Heidi Swapp/SC (whatever they were lol) planners. I ordered mostly on the 27th - 29th and I just got my shipping notice from USPS (apparently it's coming Friday!). I haven't scrapbooked in about 4 years, so its going to be interesting to see if I actually use this monster haul of stuff.

My box was in front of my door last night! I never got a shipping notice, but a delivery notice (the reason why I went out) I checked the content this morning everything is there, including the $1 planners - I'm happy. Now on to label and sort all those stamps...
