Do a monthly DITL. I do one photo an hour. I said last year I wanted to do a WITL but every quarter to really snapshot our life, but I think a DITL every month is probably more doable and such a brilliant idea. Thanks It’s super manageable this was. I also literally only pick up my camera for 5 minutes every hour. I don’t want to drive my family nuts and also it helps me get experience shooting quickly and in all sorts of light.

I have so many goals for 2018. I never meet my goals, so this year my OLW is Focus (it had been "Better" but I changed it when I found out I had ADHD, lol). I'm going to Focus on meeting small goals to build up to my larger goals.
So, they are: 1. OLW for the year (I'm taking Ali's class) 2. Ali's Story of the Month - doing PL again- my son is turning 18 tomorrow and I don't know how many more years I'll have with him at home, so I want to document life while he's still here 3. Continue making birthday cards for every member of my family, plus making more to maybe sell or at least build up a large stash so I'm not making them at the last minute all the time 4. I'm going to make a jar with suggestion strips in it - things like "use the silhouette to make a page" "use Distress inks on a card" "Use mists on a page" - to remind me to use up the stuff I have but always forget about. I'll choose a suggestion when I sit down to craft. 5. To scrapbook or make cards after work, not just on the weekends - there's just not enough time in the week - as others have said, work is really cutting into my scrapping time.
And of course, the ongoing goal to clean/keep clean my craft room.

My goal is to get back to scrapping my old stuff. I discovered project life in 2012 and have completed every year to current. However, working backward I only got 1/2 way through 2010 and I haven’t touched it in at least 2 years.
I LOVE the idea of a suggestion jar for using supplies. I’m more creative when I have limited supplies.

I want to:
* finish at least two older projects * stay current on my month in review pages (no more than one month behind) * make progress on one of my digital projects * scan at least 200 of my grandmother's photos/slides * get a better balance between shopping and creating. I'd like everything to fit back into my current storage by the end of the year (and would really like it if there was some room to move in that storage but I'm a realist!).

Lots of great goals!
I just hope to keep on scrapping our family adventures, keep up with making all the cards we give. I want to get some dies for pop up cards, and learn how to create more interactive and shaker cards.
We are planning a family Disney vacation in August, so in addition to my seasonal albums there will be a Disney album.

This year I would like to focus on unfinished projects. I have a rather large list of partially completed albums. I would like to work on one each month in the hopes of getting them completed. My reading challenge group breaks things down into months and we have a check in at the start of each month to help stay on track. I would like to try this with my sb projects.
So my goal for January is to complete my monthly PL, finish my DD mini album and finish my son's school portrait album ( only 3 grades to go). We will see how it goes.

My goals are fairly simple 1) do another one year album. Did one for challenge on another site. One layout per month is doable 😀😀😀. Two page spread of various photos from month before. First time I have ever completed. Actually used a lot of supplies on hand. 2) send birthday and anniversary cards to all family members. Sounds easy but requires me to remember to mail!!! That is hardest part for me. 3) finish my “mini” class from Paper Phenomenon. Three pages of Mr. Benjamin done. A lot to go 😊 4) have fun and continue to improve stamping skills

Overall goals: •surf less, scrap more •buy less, use more (I want to make a major dent in my stash!)
Specific goals: •finish Disney album •finish 2016 DD •finish 2017 DD •finish 2015, 2016, and 2017 PL •stay current on 2018 PL •OLW 2018 •back up photos •work through at least 6 classes I’ve purchased •finish 12 UFOs (unfinished objects - mostly 2-page LOs with only one page done or needing journaling)
I have other projects I want to start/finish, but those are my big goals.

I'm just so happy to be back scrapbooking again!! I'm very comfortable and pretty organized in my new scrapbook room thankfully! Absolutely loving it! My goals for 2018 are - print all 2017 photos (that's a big goal..) - make and send birthday, anniversary, sympathy cards - I am going on two big trips, Mexico in February with BFF and Yellowstone Park in June with DH. I want to make (and finish) albums of each trip - get caught up in family albums, I'm about 2 years behind - mainly keep enjoying this wonderful hobby

Cabo. I've never been there but my friend has several times. We're going to Puerto Vallarta in May. We've been to Playa del Carmen a bunch of times, but I haven't been on this side of Mexico.

I would like to scrapbook more regularly. This year I came up with a routine to work on vacations (picking and editing photos, pre-planning layouts etc), which works great for me. Next year I would like to refine this in order to get faster as I have lots of older vacations still to do. Finish at least two old vacation albums while staying up to date with 2018 scrapping. Go through at least 6 old classes, which I bought with great intentions but never finished. Use up what I have and shop less.

-Use at least one stamp on every layout. I have so many gorgeous clear stamps, I want to use them more -Create a stamp inventory/at-a-glance visual guide-Continue ordering prints monthly or bi-monthly I've done this and it's amazingly helpful! One of my goals for 2018 will be to inventory the last half of my stamps and get the photo copies into my inventory binder.

I would like to get back to scrapping at home. For the last couple yrs I've only been scrapping at the 3 weekend retreats I go to each year.
If I can't actually find time to scrap, I'd like to at least do some pre-planning for the crops.
I would like to also make the cards I need ahead of time instead of at the last minute.
I have slacked off on the shopping, but I'd like to use a lot more than I buy. I'd like to be able to actually see a dent in my supplies from use, not by purging.
Working full-time with a long commute really makes it hard to find both time & energy to scrap & make cards. Because I don't do it much, it's harder to find my groove mojo when I do have a chance to play in my craft room.

That's funny to me as well. I refer to my inventory binder all the time. I can make a quick choice and know where to get it in a matter of minutes. It's a huge time saver for me. Did you actually stamp them on file cards? All I did was photo copy the actual stamp set. Not perfect but I can definitely tell what the image is or read the wording. On the photo copy, I number it with my system of where the set is stored.

Just to do more in general. I just got back into it after a few years. I don't really have a goal as I'm a scrap-for-the-art-of-it "moments" scrapper.

Thanks I'm re-evaluating how I do Project Life and if I want to keep doing it. I need to finish up 2017 (I'm in August currently, and I don't get fancy with it) but I think I'm burned out on it. I've done a PL album since 2009 and I think I'm just kind of over it. I've toyed with changing up the format and doing a different size or in a TN or something, but I think a key for me doing it at all is to keep it as simple as possible. I've done WITL in the past and LOVED it, so maybe I'll just do that or do a DITL.....I should ask my DH...funnily enough, he really likes our PL albums and takes a lot of pictures for me and HE actually uploads the pictures and sends them to be printed every month, most of the time without me having to ask.

To actually do some scrapbooking! I've spent the last two years purging, organizing, shopping, learning to use my cutting machines, and stamping but not a lick of actual scrapping. I need to tackle all those trip photos!

I plan on using the online preview image for each stamp set instead of stamping them each individually, so it shouldn’t take too long. Thanks, I think I will refer to it all the time! Each time I look for a specific stamp, I’ve wished I’ve had an inventory. 2018 is the year to make it happen.

By the end of the day I will have created 150 layouts in 2017. I've always tracked layouts made each year and this year was my all time high. I feel pretty great about that. In fact, it's motivated me for 2018 I will:
Print pictures from 2009 and get them in storage binders. I used to do this but fell off the wagon (ie lazy) and I really did love having pics ready to scrap.
I have 3 sons who have graduated from high school and I did the school of life albums for them but lost steam when I got to their middle school years. I will finish their school of life albums
I have a son who competes with a drum corp every summer. Got all that scrapped except his last season. This year he ages out so I really want his entire drum corp experience documented.
We've taken some trips and vacation albums are long overdue. I do pocket scrapbooking for school of life and vacation albums so hopefully that can be somewhat quicker.
Bring my stamp inventory system up to date.
Years ago I subbed to Studio Calico for 6 months. I really do want to just kill those kits.
No purging my stuff next year. I've purged and got my stuff down to stuff I love. Plus with scrapbook companies disappearing, I'd be nervous of getting rid of stuff and later regretting it.
Learn how to use digital stamps. My scrappy friends have mastered that and it looks fabulous.
And if I have any energy left, make my own kits from my stash for scrapping on the run. I scrap with 2 friends occasionally and on Friday I took those studio calico kits and made 7 layouts in a day and didn't have to haul a bunch of stuff.
I think that's it for my 2018 goals! Oh, and of course, stay somewhat refrigerated in my spending.

I'm going to a retreat one weekend per month for scrapbooking. I may even go to a Scrap Gals retreat just for kicks and giggles. Wouldn't that be a riot?

My goals for 2018 will be to complete at least 100 SB pages and a 2018 PL album. I had the same goal for 2017 but I only managed to work on a few 12x12 pages and I mostly stayed up to date on the PL album (need to finish it in the next couple of weeks). I hope to make a dent in my stash and want to not buy anything unless it is needed (adhesive is ok or new photo paper or ink, for example).
