Looks good, especially the lasagna soup! Did you use the heavy cream? The recipe said optional and my husband would love it, but would prefer to leave it out because of the calories. Can't wait to try it!

Thanks! I was looking at your recipes this morning and the beef skillet looked good! We made it for dinner tonight and used ricotta cheese (my family likes feta, but not me as much and we love ricotta). It was so good! I had two servings and would have had more but didn't want to eat it all. I can't stand to cook, but when I see a new recipe that looks good and is easy, I enjoy it! That sounds so good too. I'm glad your family enjoyed it, mine love it!

Can't wait to try it! I'm sorry maryland - I just saw this. Yes, I did use heavy cream since we had some left in the fridge from something I made around Christmas.

I cook bowtie pasta (could be whatever pasta), throw in some chopped asparagus, drain it, drizzle a little olive oil, squeeze some fresh lemon juice, add fresh grated Parmesan and a little salt/pepper... super fast, easy and cheap dinner.
