I have been lurking in the ACOT 30/30 challenge. I am not a member over there, but have been inspired by some of their daily challenges and examples this month, and was wondering if we could do something similar on this board next month?
The way they seem to organize it is that they have 7 different hosts, one for each day of the week. The host for Saturday (for example) proposes a challenge--which may be a title, a topic, a colour combo, a sketch, a particular supply, whatever--and [usually] a sample to get things going. Then other people create something to meet that challenge at some time during the month. As a challenge is met, people [usually] link their creations to the challenge post for that day.
Some people take on the task of creating one project for each of the 30 days over there, but most seem to just do whatever they can with the time they have. And certainly no pressure on anyone to either meet all the challenges or to do that on the designated day.
I would love to try this for February at 2Peas, but don't want to do it alone. I would gladly take on hosting one day per week, but since I am retired I could choose MY day last. I am looking for SIX OTHER HOSTS. If seven hosts pose 4 challenges each, and if someone takes on each of those challenges, then that is 28-4-28!
A host would agree to do the following:
On your day, you would open a thread in which you post a challenge and an example of something you did to meet that challenge.
You would do this FOUR times in February (say, every Saturday).
What do you say? If you are interested, please respond by saying which day of the week you would like. Maybe first and second choice?
If you don't feel comfortable hosting, but think it would be a fun activity, let us know that too.

I can do any day, and more than one day if you wish. I think I better start looking around now for ideas....
