I'm going to my grandson's football game at 4:30 this afternoon so I think I'll go to town and pick up wings for dinner afterwards. Unless my DD has other plans What are you having for dinner tonight?

Salmon wraps. DD8 has theater group on Mondays, so we needed something that's quick both to make and eat.

Meatballs and pasta for dh & boys, meatballs and kale for me. I admit I did the happy dance yesterday when I realized I have frozen homemade meatballs in the freezer. Got to love a quick dinner :-)

I think BBQ chicken, yellow rice and peas. But only if I have some Sweet Baby Rays Vidalia Onion BBQ sauce. I don't feel like making my own tonight.
Second choice? I am not sure yet. LOL

The marinated pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and veggies I didn't make last night. BIL is coming around looking for a second birthday dinner since today is his actual birthday.
Glad to hear you're feeling better today.

I just ran home and put a pot roast in the crockpot. It won't be melt in your mouth soft, but it should be ok since I have to work late anyway.
So - pot roast, carrots and mashed potatoes.

Uggggg. I don't know. I don't want to cook. My weekend was super busy, the kids are home because of the crazy crazy rain, and I am trying to work. Not sure what I will do.

Leftover spaghetti, which is my absolute favorite way to eat spaghetti...and any other tomato sauce based Italian dish.
I've been known to make a batch of spaghetti, lasagna or stuffed shells just to refrigerate overnight and eat the next day instead of "fresh"!

Sloppy Joes and a salad. I'm from Michigan and I put chicken gumbo soup in mine. I have to make them like that.
