Yes, I was just confused because she kept talking about the upcoming “collection” rather then talking about the upcoming kits. I thought maybe she was doing something along the lines of Ali, a kit but then an extra release. Thank you! She was just being fancy. I think it was easier to call it "collection" than "usual subscription and add ons and my super special project stuff". I'm snagging a Disney stamp! I get that now, but it was confusing as heck to me, obviously. Shoot, I forgot about the Disney stamp, I guess I will have to remember to log on early after all.

Was this release not popular? Or did too many travel collections come out at the same time? Everything still has 100s left. Hmm....

I'm looking at it. I like the stamp with the TN kit, but don't need the kit The travel words stamp has 2 misspellings and no discount The project kit is too much about flying vs travel
since I just got Feed Your Craft, Ali's stuff, and Elle's stuff. I'm finding it hard to go for this since I don't love it.

Compared to other colllections I am just not impressed. Seems very repeated at this point. I also should note I generally buy everything travel related and have and will buy more with all the collections out. A miss for me and seems pricey.

I probably overspent. I kind of feel bad now and that I should have waited for a sale. I liked the PL kit, because I don’t really have a flying set yet. I got the travel phrase set, because I wouldn’t use the misspelled words anyway. My next project is Disney, so that is coming to me. I needed Red and White alphas.

I'm looking at it. I'm finding it hard to go for this since I don't love it. I agree about the flying comment. I feel like a lot of travel collections have too much focus on flights considering that 90% of the trips I go on I don't fly (I type this even though I took a flight literally today). I travel a lot, but almost always by car or train (for work). I probably take 1-2 trips via plane a year and I can't see using more than 1-2 flight themed items per flight. I also don't like how this kit went back to including badges instead of alphas. I like the TN kit a lot more, but I don't do TNs so I'm not getting it. If it had been adapted to a PL kit I would've picked it up. I was tempted by the California stamp because I'm from there, but honestly I don't go home that often (it's far from New York!) and the only stamps that I really liked were the state outline and the word "california" and I feel like I could do those digitally for free. I like the swag bags, but I wish there were images of all the pieces included. I picked up the Checked In one anyways because I liked what I saw and am interested in the concept. I also liked the other one, but they were pricey and I feel like only about half will end up being useable so I couldn't justify it. I think Kelly hyped this release too much, it's just a regular shop release plus two swag bags. She kept saying how it was huge, biggest release in forever, etc... I think that justifies more than just 2 additional items. Also I think she was hurt by releasing a couple of weeks after all the other brands (although I didn't pick up anything from anyone else's travel releases because I have TOO MUCH STUFF).

I'm the opposite ..... because both my mum and dad have had medical issues in last few years, we pretty much/usually always go back to Europe to see family, which means flying. We also tend to move around a lot on our vacations, and don't stay in one place, so the numbers stamp will be a lot of fun. I think her kits are versatile and I'm hoping that style wise I am still using/love in a few years. As I am mostly interested in the stamps, they will complement well the items I picked up from IACB and Pinkfresh.
I did feel like there was too much in this release and I just couldn't justify buying more. If I'd had bags of money, I would have picked up the Wander More, Travelogue kit, NY and Disney Stamp...but I don't, so I didn't. I didn't even look at the swag bags ...made me think of the Beautiful Mess/SC stationery kits - which I was never much into and I just couldn't see myself using enough to justify the price...I wish more of KPs stamps were available digitally.
One thing for sure , I am DONE with travel.

I really liked the simplicity of the collection to allow whatever ephemera and photos to be the highlights when paired with this collection/kits. KP's 2018 travel kit was focused on mostly Road trips, so it was nice to see that the color scheme for 2019 paired well with that kit as well as the "Little Details," LLP mini kit and the Travelogue really compliment one another.
I am one of those people who basically purchased everything that I liked with this collection and I also wouldn't use the misspelled words and would have loved a discount for those words in case I did want to use them in the future--I just may travel and decide to use the native language somehow. I also received 15% off of everything except my sub, so it helps a lot at checkout. If I did not have the 15% I may have spent less--or not. If the design doesn't change much next year I would pass on a travel kit as I now have enough of this KP style to not warrant buying more. I actually shouldn't buy anything travel related for years at this point.
The "In The City," stamp will go amazing with Shimelle's "Fieldtrip" collection--cannot wait to grab it! I also think that the Swag bag was a missed opportunity at the price point a stamp should have been included focused on the theme, no badges and include alphas and label stickers. I did purchase the Checked In and I also liked the Ciao Kit. I just noticed that the Ciao Kit has Espanol in it as well which may send me to buy it as a Mexico trip is in the future and Paris is on my travel list. Also, the Checked In Kit is going to definitely sell out before the week is out, so the kits are selling!
I do believe the TN kit will also sell out just like the LLP mini kit. By the end of Northern Hemisphere's summer the Main kit should be sold out if not before, she has a lot in stock.

I really would have loved the sold out Mini kit from LLP - but I was too busy working, because I was travelling to Europe the last days, so I missed it Just in case someone who bought it has second thoughts I'll be glad to buy it from you. I have similar stamp sets of all the other travel themed stamps, so no need to get them but I'm still thinking of getting the 'day in the city' one - I like the layered dinosaur

I was surprised to see so many items in the descriptions versus what was pictured. I liked what I saw, but $30 for a bundle where I couldn't even see everything was a lot. I was also kind of confused by the "two sets of 10 3x4 cards" because it wasn't explained. Does that mean doubles of each card? Also, I think there should have been more close-ups of the products, since this it the first time she's offered something like this. I'm not much of a traveler so I probably wouldn't have bought it anyway, but the concept intrigued me enough that I might have wanted one in another theme down the road if she did them again.

Are both Antarctica and Mahalo misspelled in the Travel Words stamp set? Sheesh. She needs to pay someone to proof read her products. Those are not tough words to spell correctly.

This set needs a guide to show how all the pieces work together. That poor dinosaur looks like he is missing his arms! I don’t see another stamp in the set that is supposed to be his arms?

There is a short line that goes perpendicular to the ribs, maybe? If you look at the second slide I think it shows it better, but yeah, she totally should have an example of each stamp icon working together.

I think the dinosaur is supposed to be the fossil like Night at the Museum.
These typos are getting ridiculous. KP needs some type of QC pronto.

That scrawny dinosaur looks more like a giant praying mantis than a dinosaur.
A skeleton dinosaur wouldn’t have the green skin, and a whole dinosaur wouldn’t have ‘sticks’ coming out all around.
It’s weird

Too busy IRL to keep up with anything outside of work right now. Ugh. I missed KP's latest release day but just checked the May product offer out. The swag bags are just too pricy for a stamp-less kit as far as I'm concerned. I do still love the Ciao bag but no stamp + spelling errors is making me nope out. I think the TN kit is considerably better than the Project kit this month, even in terms of design work for the paper bits. Such a shame that the Project kit focuses on air travel and specifically luggage so much. I don't care one bit about luggage or documenting mine. I just really don't. 🤷 The Disney stamp set is a little disappointing as well... So, I'm still toying around with placing an order. Love the Rio alpha stamp set and still crushing hard on the March Project kit to document all things foodie and gourmet. Do the kit subscribers who got it enjoy using that kit? On different KP note, I used some of the stuff I got earlier this year from her shop last night and I felt ALL the crafty vibes. Haven't enjoyed playing around with physical product as much in months. Credit where credit is due. 😊 ETA: I thought the dinosaur's sticky bits were supposed to be a ribcage and tail bones to be stamped *over* the animal? Like, you know, a reconstructed skeleton (and the "full" body was meant as an imaginative recreation of the animal). I don't know. It's confusing. But the way it's shown stamped in the picture KP posted makes little sense and gives, indeed, serious praying mantis vibes like hop2 pointed out. ETA2: Actually, I would've loved a proper museum stamp set. Something about art and science, learning, contemplating, fun sentiments to tick like "ancient history" and "modern classics", ticket price, etc. This Day In The City one isn't doing it for me.

So I got my order. I ordered the "checked in" swag bag. Now that I can see everything in the kit--it's beautifully designed but very little of it is actually useable. It's very specific... which makes it unlikely that I will be able to have the exact situation that fits it. Additionally, some of the cards just don't seem to be the things someone would document? For example, there is a beautifully designed 3x4 card with check boxes for the type of bed you stayed in (twin, queen, king, etc.). There is also a 4x6 card with what seems to be a room service menu with check boxes. So I could see using this to document your breakfast but there are only a few, specific, options. I also find it hard to believe I will find a time that I will (1) eat what is listed, (2) want to document it on a 4x6 card that doesn't include a photo. The other 4x6 card specifically says "Honolulu Hawaii" on it and is vertical. Plus there are two of each card... it would be hard to come up with one time to use these cards, nearly impossible to do it twice! Like I said, the kit is beautifully designed, you can tell that KP really enjoyed designing it. I like the concept that it had stickers, letterpress, etc. I don't understand the "postcards" are you supposed to use them as actual postcards to mail? They are not 4x6 so they would not work in divided page protectors. I am going to try to use the kit and hopefully most of it doesn't just add to my stash

It's just super versatile right down to the stamp set. lasteve1 That's what I noticed from what I could see (why KP doesn't properly photograph all that's included for these swag bags is beyond me). The May shop release felt far too specific in general. I don't care one bit about the size of the bed in the hotel room or the checked versus cabin luggage. *sighs* From a European perspective, it was all too American this month as well (bed sizes, miles). It's a shame, Kelly remains my favourite design aesthetic in the current scrap offer. Did anyone get their recent order in containing the Rio alpha set (I'm looking for someone who can do a quick comparison size-wise against the Alberta set)? Does anyone remember when the fire engine red alpha stickers were added to the shop? Trying to decide whether to buy a second sheet of them before they disappear. ETA: lasteve1 Sell your second set of cards from the Swag Bag for $10. I bet it'll get snapped up quickly!

I got my order and I haven't opened the kits yet. I'm kind of grumpy so saving them for later when I am in a more appreciative mood. What I don't get, is that I got 3 marketing cards ...one which is actually a folded card and the other like the regular postcards and the other the matchbook size, all with pictures of the release. The cardstock is really thick and sturdy and the printing is lovely....but what I don't get is why??? I guess maybe to showcase ideas. But honestly if that was true, I'd rather they be targeted to the product I bought ie. how to use all the day in the city stamps. See told you I was grumpy. Anyway they are too lovely to just trash, but I have no use for them. So they just feel really really wasteful.

In the past I've gotten just the business card sized promos... she should stick to that. I did think the folded one had some benefit in that it showed the entire stamp sets so I could see cutting those out to keep track of what stamps you have, but if you don't have it every time it's not that helpful... plus I didn't buy any of the stamps. It also seems weird to send a promo for a kit WITH that kit... shouldn't the promo be for upcoming releases? I just threw them away... it felt so wasteful but I have no use for them and I don't need more clutter sitting around. I like to use postcards outside of the page protector as a small insert — I usually put journaling on the back. I thought of this, but they seem so small... the holes will take up so much of the card! But this is probably what I'll end up doing. Do you just journal on the postcard journaling space on the back? Or do you adhere journaling on the back?

Finally had the time to open my order and here's my review: I should mention that KP's aesthetic is my favorite after Jamaica's.
Check In Swag Bag: I love the letterpress cards the most in this kit and the two die-cut stickers, the designs of the 3x4 and 4x6 cards were ok. The postcards I loved the text design and the backs of the postcards not the random hotel lobby photo. I plan to adhere a photo on top of it. I didn't like the little stickers much or the buttons, I would have rather had a label sticker sheet and an alpha. For the price, I believe the kit was not worth it, if it had included a 3x4 stamp at minimum, alpha stickers and label stickers and did away with the pins and random circle stickers I would have felt as if the kit was a great price.
Hopefully, if she does swag bags in the future she'll consider the feedback. I did adore the theme.
I love all the stamps, but wished they were taped together on top and I wasn't happy seeing the note about the stamp sets sticking together and to be careful when first removing them. For the price point quality should not be an issue.
Monthly kit, I love everything it is perfect--oh, please no more badges in the paid kits.
LLP Minit Kit--perfection it's seriously in my top 2 of her kits.
TN Kit, love a love of the designs and I will grab the digital.
