Not sure exactly what you'd call it. I want to take pics of DS growing up and create a slide/video on the computer for his grad party. What program do I use??? I don't have anything installed on my computer. Is there anything free? I don't want to spend too much $ because I won't use it again for 7 years when DD graduates. Thanks!!

Google Windows Movie Maker and search for a free download. I've used it to make videos and it's pretty easy.

If you're on a Mac there is a component within photos. You select your photos, then select slideshow!

Besides Photos on Mac, there is also iMovie which is easy to use. Both come free with any iPhone/Mac.

Animoto.. has great graphics to add words ect to the video.. it also times the photos to the beat of the music and has a lot of songs to choose from.

I made a long one using Windows movie maker..it turned out awesome! We also used another program to clip songs so that they ended on just the right picture..can't remember the name of it. Anyway, it was cool!

I just used Google photos on my phone. Uploaded ALL my photos last year. So easy to create videos! Best part is the assistant will even make some for you!

If you have a PC - it is hard to beat Windows Movie maker. You can put photos in with videos, overlay music, and edit the music in really easy. Add transitions, etc.. and it is free. Works better than anything I have ever paid for.

If I’m making something from my laptop I do the slideshow feature within Photos. But if I’m just making something in my iPhone I use an app called Flipagram. It lets you add music to the slideshow as well.
