Apple and cinnamon?? I have used 5 other scents but this one stained my white shirt brown. I mentioned it to the company but they said they rarely get complaints of staining but I can't see that I am the only one who had this happen with this one.

I used their deodorant once and I swear I never stank so much the whole day. I wrote them and they told me they "rarely get complaints of odor" and I should try a different scent.
Hmmm.

Never used that scent, but didn't notice staining with other scents.
I used the vanilla and the unscented and I got a red rash, plus I feel like it wasn't effective.
I threw those two (and 2 more out). Didn't work for me.

my other scents did not stain like this. So brown and in much larger area than I would expect.. maybe spread from carrying my heavy bags over my shoulder?!? doesn't stop wetness so I only use this brand in fall and winter. I was surprised at the attitude of the reply-- basically they don't get complaints and user error.. I was not applying it correctly. Then I asked if it actually had cinnamon in it because that is what the huge staining looked like and the reply to that was .. no, just oils and hope I find a brand I like.
I had originally asked if they tested on whites because I don't want others to have this happen. SO, if you use this brand, beware of this scent or wear brown clothes ;-)

I'm a big fan of Schmidt's charcoal and magnesium deodorant. It doesn't stain and it works. It smells fresh, like rain.

I'm a big fan of Schmidt's charcoal and magnesium deodorant. It doesn't stain and it works. It smells fresh, like rain. I like Schmidt's too, the lavender is lovely! I actually got a compliment on it the other day after square dancing for 3 hours, she was like "Is that your oils I smell? I keep smelling a clean hippy, it's so lovely." Nope, just my underarms...thanks!

Schmidt’s is the most effective natural deodorant I’ve found. originalvanillabean I wonder if you’re sensitive to baking soda. It’s in most natural deodorants and it tends to cause a dry, red rash.

I never tried the apple cinnamon scent so I can't comment on that but I did get lots of oil stains from the 3 others I did try. I was so disappointed because I really like Native otherwise. It really worked well for me and I'm a girl who definitely needs deodorant! I didn't repurchase it after the 3 I had were used up because I didn't want to ruin any more clothes.

I love Native deodorant. Haven't tried that scent...this deodorant is great! Stands up to my marathon training as well as my hot flashes! No odors! Works great and no metal being absorbed into my body!

I'm a big fan of Schmidt's charcoal and magnesium deodorant. It doesn't stain and it works. It smells fresh, like rain. I have unfortunately had Schmidts stain some of my clothes. Not the Charcoal style but the bergamot and lime. It's really bumming me out because it's the only thing I've tried that doesn't make me smell like ammonia (all antiperspirants cause this for some reason).

I ordered some Native deodorant a while back due to reviews I read online. I used it for a while and my pits broke out it a horrible rash with huge bumps. Not using it anymore. I also had staining noticeably on my white t-shirts--I was using the coconut & vanilla scent. I hadn't connected the staining to the deodorant until I saw this thread--another reason to switch back to my old fav.
