... .my hubby is traveling East Coast, he call to say he’s arrived and that they are saying 14” tonight! WE are getting the snow starting 7am... Your DH must be south of me. I was on the East coast for the last two weeks (during the workweek). I was so happy to have missed these storms. Yup, you missed it exactly a week has passed since you were here....

I got out on Friday and they said on Tuesday it was supposed to hit again. Ack! Didn't see any traces of snow in NJ though. It must melt quickly. I came home to 50 and 60 degree weather.

Dang It! I just checked the weather and we are expecting 8-12 inches of snow tonight in Annapolis, MD. Argh! I am so utterly sick of winter. I want warmth. I want heat. I'm so darn tired of being cold. It's 11 days until April. Enough of this Sh*t!

I’m so sick of it. And I have to babysit every time because my daughter and her husband are both essential personnel. I love my grand babies but it’s ankot of logistics each time. We’ve been lucky not to lose power so far with the storms. I know many people did.

Didn't see any traces of snow in NJ though. It was in the 40s so it melted. We may get over a foot tomorrow but it is supposed to be in the 40s on Thursday. Last Saturday my friend celebrated their 10th anniversary. They got married in the snow 10 yr ago. We have the pictures to prove it. It was a heavy sloppy wet snow...

I am guessing we're going to get dumped on in April. Right when I am ready to start planting.

Unless things change drastically we have another snow storm let down. Last one was a bust, and this is looking like it too.. Not six inches, likely no where near the 10-12 they predicted! Again unless it changes....

It just started snowing about an hour ago (Thursday morning), and there's maybe an inch. I don't think we'll get much snow -- YAY! Ha, I'll probably be back this afternoon to eat my words.

Ugh, I'm in Central NJ and so over it! Last week's storm was the worst- our town literally was one of the two worst hit in NJ with 23" (I live on the top of a mountain). Yesterday wasn't terrible, maybe 6-8", but it was another day stuck in with the baby with nothing to do. We are both stir crazy! It's killed our schedule because her classes at the library are cancelled and then we have make-ups and some have them have fallen on days we had swim so I have to reschedule swim. Just so much chaos. This poor girl is bored. I'm bored. C'mon, Spring!!

Long Island, New York checking-in. STILL SNOWING ! I’m in central Suffolk County - Holbrook and last check we had about 19” as of 5 a.m. The local weatherman says at times last night it was snowing 4-5” per hour ! Snow definitely tapering off now and the sun is trying to come out as of 8:30 a.m. To all the snow bunnies, be careful shoveling or snowblowing

I can't stand this anymore. It needs to stop. And the poor kids, they're going to be in school forever. The amount of school being missed around here is just crazy.

Thinking we got 9-10 total. But it is melting fast. Last week's snow was a bust.

It totally messed up my plans. I flew to NYC on Tue for a Wed client meeting. I was the only one who could make it in. Everyone else was cancelled or delayed. I headed to JFK Wed around noon (for my 6:30 pm flight) hoping to catch an earlier flight home. All the earlier flights were getting cancelled. The airport was a ghost town. All the shops were closed and most of the restaurants. I was the only person in line at security.
My flight was not cancelled. But they found a mechanical issue during de-icing. Had us get off while they worked on it. Luckily they fixed it and we took off about three hours late.
Such a waste of two days.

They were saying the snow wasn't going to be bad a rush hour on Wednesday, we were only supposed to get about 6" at that time. Tuesday night (before the storm even had started), every school in my little state had cancelled and all government offices were closed. It didn't start snowing until about 4:00 in the afternoon. It was crazy to cancel school and close the state offices (that included the courts) before the storm had even started or gotten near us for that matter. We ended up getting a dusting of snow this morning.

Thankfully for us, they were way off with this storm. We got maybe a couple inches if that. Very grateful for that and hoping that was the last of the storms! Hope it was a miss for you too!
