Can I jump in? I've been slowly (very slowly) been working my through C25K. It has been intermittent at best, but I did W3D2 on Friday, and W3D3 today. I've been going at a very slow pace typically (4mph for the jogging part). Today, I was able to bump it up to 5mph for one of the intervals. I didn't last the whole time, but it was an improvement. And 4 months ago I would have told you I would never run in my life! So I'm pretty proud I'm doing anything at all

I got in a nice 5K today. I've been religiously working my rehab program and am completely pain free right now. Now, my time is a tortoise pace of 14min/mile. So, painfully slow, even for me. But the goal is to be injury free. And can I just gush on this amazing weather!!! Signed up for 2 new 1/2 marathons for next year. One of the 1/2's includes another one with Elaine and then a 10K fundraiser for a local charity. So, 3 runs total so far. My 2015 running calendar is filling up!

Happy Tuesday everyone! Super glad to hear everyone's doing so well this week! I've run and cross trained - as ready as I'm going to get for Saturday's 5K. Hoping for anything under 36 minutes, but not sure how it will go. As long as it's not over 38 min and I'll be good. Gotta pull out my pink - it's the Susan B. Komen run - great cause! OK - back to DWTS!
