Greg Sargent...
“The new FISA documents confirm that Trump/Nunes have lied relentlessly in bad faith.
But they also confirm that the other side -- Democrats -- have been forced to smuggle the truth out to the public, and that they've done this in good faith.”
Its pretty bad when one side has to smuggle out the truth.

I hope when all this goes down, Nunes goes down with it—HARD. Dude is a modern day Benedict Arnold.

There is new polling out showing that many Trump voters did so thinking they would give him a try and see how it goes, but already indicate they aren't willing to vote for him again. Reminds me of Jesse Ventura as governor of MN. He was a disaster and barely survived his 4 year stint.

trump’s latest...
“Twitter “SHADOW BANNING” prominent Republicans. Not good. We will look into this discriminatory and illegal practice at once! Many complaints.”
So I looked up “SHADOW BANNING” and I’m not sure I understand it all, but twitter is getting rid of fake accounts and this affects the number of followers and retweets one gets. And the one of the key search words is white nationalist. 😀
So the “prominent” Republicans are getting less traffic. And it appears to only be affecting Republicans and not Democrats.
I’m sure more will come about this during the day.

Sure, cause the President of our country is definitely one of the people you want to be able to "try on" a job and see how it fits. Easy to fix any mistakes they may make and the impacts won't be long term or far reaching. Also, if they suck we'll be able to quickly replace them. WTAF?

Kyle Griffin....
“In three politically important Midwest states —Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota — Trump's job approval rating is below 40%, and Democrats hold a sizable lead for the upcoming congressional midterms, according to new NBC News/Marist polls.”
Let’s hope it holds.

Do you have another source for this story? The page you have linked to isn't accessible in the EU.

Thank you. The first link worked for me. The second one also doesn't like 'my region', by which I assume they mean the EU!

Let's be honest here. If Trump wasn't the president, this probably wouldn't get attention outside of the tri-state area. In fact, the last line about the revenue drop was unnecessary. I still hate him.

Twitter has fixed the problem.

BIll Kristol....
“Kellyanne Conway claims we’ve been getting screwed in trade after a decade of economic growth and declining unemployment, as we recovered from a very bad recession that had nothing to do with trade. Has any administration ever made a centerpiece of its efforts such a non-problem?”
Good question. I suspect the answer would be no.

“Privately, some Trump lawyers have expressed concern that Mueller will stitch together several episodes, encounters and pieces of evidence, like tweets, to build a case that Trump embarked on a broad effort to interfere with the investigation, NYT reports.”
Let’s hope so.

I mean, isn't that what an investigation typically consists of? Looking at all possible sources of evidence and linking the information together to come to a conclusion? What, exactly, did his lawyers think the special council was doing?

Kind of like some here who say they don’t support trump but their actions and words say otherwise. Anyway, she made a comment on Facebook that indicated that she was voting for trump because she thought trump “wouldn’t last long” as president, and that pence surely would be much better. Yeah, ok.

First of all, does she know a thing about Pence? Secondly, did it occur to her to see how likely that was to happen before she cast her vote? That thought process is...troubling, to say the least.

Jim Jordan is running for Speaker of the house... There is no way the party of family values would elect him. /s Crap like this infuriates me. I know when one of our own does not meet certain moral standards they need to step down. I KNOW. Do the right thing. I want them to, I truly do. But it is so hard to keep wanting and expecting them to do that, even when it hurts us, when the other side refuses to play by the same rules. I haven't read anything else on this. Maybe his fellow GOP are not happy with it either. I'm sure letting his co-author the Rosenstein impeachment wasn't intended to help him. /s

I agree. I pointed those things out, but she is also someone that blames Hillary for Bill’s cheating (and when I asked her she would feel about her daughter being blamed for her husband’s cheating—if that ever happened—she said I was attacking her). She also feels that Christians are being persecuted, posted racist memes about obama and immigrants, and made fun of my mom and others of us who tried to fact check things she shared on Facebook. She was my favorite aunt growing up and I never would have thought that she would be like that. But she has now shown who she is and I won’t forget it. People can say that the divide is due to politics or “not respecting the other persons opinions.” But it is so much more.

People can say that the divide is due to politics or “not respecting the other persons opinions.” But it is so much more.In other words, she's drinking the kool-aid. I'm sorry, that must be very hard for you. I agree with your bolded statement completely. I've said it before and I will keep repeating it. Differing political beliefs have never been a real issue with my husband or most of the people I know until this administration. You (general) can make up excuses why it is the damn liberals' fault all you want. But until you can understand why I have a problem with an administration that is so dangerous and divisive, and is purposefully bringing sexism/racism/xenophobia/religious intolerance/etc. to a boiling point with a leader that exhibits all of these qualities, and your political party (in power btw) is doing nothing about it...and you're okay with that? I don't have much to say to you about politics and I'm perfectly okay with that. This is not a difference of opinion it's a difference of values. If burying your head in the sand makes you fell better, here's a bucket. If being purposefully obtuse about it works for you, fine. If you're getting what you want in other ways so you are willing to overlook it? Totally your right. But then don't feign indignation and throw out "you made me vote this way" or "I didn't vote for him" (but I'm not opposing him either and will defend him) as a defense. You have no valid defense for accepting this and I don't want to hear it.
