@elaynef The flowers are beautiful. They are so much more so, since your DD made them.

Not scrapping but I’ll be doing some cardmaking and working in my 12 days ornaments as well. I ended up getting the Benzie felt and ordering the mmmcrafts instructions for the 12 days ornaments back in July - I'm on #6, Geese-a-laying (I'm doing them in order). I love this project so much!!! It is the perfect project to do at work at lunch or when I have a free moment. I thought it would be craft overload, because I'm also knitting a temperature blanket, doing PL, making cards, and doing regular scrapbooking (I have ADHD if you couldn't tell, lol), but it's actually a really perfect addition to what I'm already doing because it's completely portable, and I can finish just one ornament in a few days (it could be done in a few hours if the felt didn't' need to dry overnight). Thanks for sharing your photo of the maids-a-milking one (I think?) back in June!! To answer the OP's question - yes I'm scrapping this weekend if I can get a few minutes away from my new puppy - she seriously puts a dent in my craft time! I don't want her in my scraproom because she'll wreak havoc, so I have to drag anything I want to do to my kitchen island to work on. Hopefully, that means some scrapping this weekend! So glad you're enjoying it marg! I've finished my set now and am working on a few for gifts.

I finished up my 6x8 album and I'm really happy with it. Since I hadn't scrapped in a while before this album I don't even remember where I left off. I'll have to look for pictures to scrap or have a photo editing session this afternoon.

It's Sunday morning in NZ - yesterday I went a full day crop 10am to midnight I was actually quite productive, and did more layouts than usual....even one with lots of fussy cutting.
I also ate more than usual, talked more than usual and had fun.
Only problem now is unpacking the car and putting all my stuff away

I really want to make more sets after this first one is done, to give as gifts, but I don't have anyone that will love and appreciate them. Most people in my family are Christmas humbugs, unfortunately. I'll have so much felt left over that I could definitely make them again but change up the colours - I may do that just for fun.

I'm hoping to get some scrapping in tonight or tomorrow.
I had work today, but off tomorrow.
But I have to label all the school supplies for two of my kids (pencils too, teachers?! Thanks)
And I need to make lunch/snack size zippy bags of school lunch stuff. I have the enormous boxes of Goldfish, pretzels, etc.
I did just receive July's photos earlier this week.
And add me to those who need to clear their craft desk.

I am working on ordering photos for a crop retreat I’m going on in a few weeks. Once I get that done, I hope to spend some time tidying outmuscled work space and THEN work on my PL album!

Page 2 of our Busch Gardens trip is done! I mixed the Chickaniddy Date Night collection with Crate Paper's Pool Side collection. Not an obvious choice but the colors worked well together.

I found this great paper at my LSS. It is from Italy (the pack I purchased). I googled it and see that it is also a collection from the US (different cover paper). I love the papers and all of the cream. I am using it for my moose and elk pictures. I love that paper!

I just used up a paper pad, making cards for hospitalized kids. It's my 2nd one finished this week, both from Tues.Morning. I love turning paper pads into stacks of cards. I got 88 cards made between the 2 packs - one was a 12x12 Echo Park pack, the other was a 6x8" pad from Simple Stories. The bigger one was mermaid and sea critter themed, very cute. The cards I just finished were emoji themed. Not too much poop. Just the right amount, hopefully. I love using up supplies! I might spend the rest of my creative energy catching up with my black page creative journal. Or I might finish putting the laundry away, dust mop and vacuum ( nah!), or read for a while.

I’ve been wanting to, but I can’t get my head in the right place. Maybe I’ll try organizing today and see if it helps

I didn't get anything done yesterday. I got dinner in the crock pot, made lunch ready for when we got home, went and walked around the golf course with OH and then was so knackered I didn't do anything else!
I need to get some things finished today so I am off to my craft room soon.

I felt so productive yesterday. I had several things started, but could not finish them because I was missing photos. Either I didn't print one of a group or had to recrop and reprint. The photo order came yesterday, so yay!
Also, our granddaughter went to a church camp last summer. I didn't have any photos, but I had her thoughts about it written down. While scrapping another event, I noticed she was wearing the camp sweatshirt. I ordered another print of her, but zoomed in on just her and the sweatshirt. I finally did the layout for her album. YAY, again!

Sounds like a totally crafty weekend for a lot of people. Love hearing about all the different projects.
No scrapping for me until at least Tuesday. We are tied up with family and events this weekend. Tomorrow I have an eye appointment and hope to get some photos printed. I “owe” my team a few more pages and points this month, and am itching to get started scrapping our Florida vacation.

I am scrapping now and will be all weekend!! YAY me!! I just don’t know where. I signed up for a 15 hour crop tomorrow but am seriously considering not going for several reasons. One, I am a total introvert and love scrapping alone in my craft room. Two, my DD is going through a tough time and I keep thinking I should spend the day with her. And three, the crop is at a new scrapbook store and I have never cropped there and don’t know anyone. I’ll keep you posted what I decide. Regardless, I’m hoping to finish the scrapbook of my surprise birthday party! Happy scrapbooking!! Well I went to the 15 hour crop. Thanks so much for my DH for encouraging (forcing) me to go!! I had a fabulous time AND finished the album of my surprise bday party!! I met some wonderful new scrapbookers and even a lady I scrapbooked with years ago! I actually even signed up for a 4 day retreat in November!! SO happy I went out of my comfort zone and went !

I meant to reply to your post the other day and I clearly forgot. It's so daunting isn't it, going to a new crop, it's scary! I'm so glad you made yourself go, that's awesome! And it's fab that you met nice people and signed up for a retreat! Way to go
