woodysbetty, your cousins layout is fabulous! I love the colors, the design and the embellishment placements. Is that arrow pattern made with washi? I totally thought it was pattern paper.

Chinagirl828 beautiful as ever! And what a great story, I want to go hang out in a record lounge! I love that you included your favorite album cover and the circular background reminiscent of an album. I really like all the black and little pops of red! grammadee again, love those painted triangles! Such a clever interpretation of the sketch! KelleeM super cute page! Love the ribbon threaded through the photo mat and wow, those are the cutest wood veneer critters ever! Great job with the shaped eyelets and old florals; love the shaped paper too! She’s such a darn cutie crystalb love your take on the sketch! I really like how you added the emoji washi to match your pants and the fun doodling on the papers, as well as all the nuvo goodness and scattered triangles. Cute pup and great page! JaneB ooh girl, love your take on the sketch! I really like that dotted circle double border around the page! Linda love how you made the sketch work for you! Those bright colors are very eye-catching and I love the sentiment! I really like the orange and grey colors on the Tallahassee museum page; the simple patterns work so well together, especially when repeated in the opposite color. Love all the banners too! Great job with the sketch I really like that green background on the gator page! Not sure why, I’m not a green fan but it’s calling to me today. love the addition of the blue. I once held a baby alligator and it peed on me! the wildlife page is fabulous; love how you got all those papers in there and all the photos and it doesn’t look crowded at all. Really digging those title alphas too! MDscrapaholic what a great school page! First off, that it’s not all primary colors, awesome, and I really love the nuvo border on the 7!! Also those old jenni bowlin alphas that I wish I had 40 sheets of super page!! LisaDV great interpretation of the first sketch! Love the stitching and colors, but my favorite part is probably the little “sell it” word strip, along with the journaling. Too funny! Really like the little camera charm and crown too! woodysbetty aren’t you a smarty for using that paper!! Awesome interpretation of the sketch; love all those bits of black and the white title!

I think this whole Sketchtember is awesome, however, it may be the death of me. I thought, 'oh, I'll try to do all of them, why not?' Yeah, day 2. It's 1pm and I have only done the breakfast dishes. I hope they weren't expecting lunch and cleaning? But Sketch 2 is done. Here's my wonderful husband, who loves short hair but was letting it grow a bit because I like longer hair, making me laugh one morning. dLookingThisGoodIsHardWork by Lisa Davolt, on Flickr eta* Challenges met 1 with a twist, 9, 15,21, 22, 26, 28, 32, 33, 34, 43, 42(+ bonus) 44, 47 (1&2) Total 27

justlisa7, beautiful page. I can see why you'd want to make it the cover. Love the popped up flowers. Linda, left love on the other thread, but you can't tell that the sketch was tough for you at all. I love what you've done with the lego men and pieces in the grid.

We are taking our grandsons for the first time this month to legoland here in Florida. Did you love it? Did you do the amusement park and water park on the same day? Is there time? We just did the amusement park - the water park would have been lovely as it was SO hot and humid when we went - but we were quite exhausted after just the main park. How old are your grandsons? When we went - it was 3 adults (one of which loves Lego), a teen girl, and a VERY excited 10 y/o girl. We spent a lot of time in Miniland exploring all the different models - if that's not your thing, you might well have time for the waterpark as well.

They are 4 and 5 and love everything LEGO! 10 years old is probably the perfect age because they can build a lot on their own too. I am hoping it’s not too hot. Waited for September for that but almost think October would be better.

Waited for September for that but almost think October would be better. It probably will be cooler than July/August but...yeah, pack the sunscreen! At that age, you might want to include the water park - it looks like fun for the littles

Here's one from me. I'll wait until all the challenges have been posted before I work out which ones it fits and add the points to my tally. I love the title and letter stickers you used here. We saw Smashing Pumpkins several years ago in Chicago. It was a great show.

catseatcheese - those are gorgeous! I'm so glad you were able to share them! If you need help with the points - your teammates/leader (or any of us really) will be glad to help. I know there's a spreadsheet floating around that is probably helpful!

Loving your pages, Chinagirl828 . You really ARE a day ahead of us! I shared this with the Sketchtember #1 challenge, but will share it here too. Slumberland by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Points: one page created & shared (2). It has two photos, so #20 (1). And I am claiming (5) points for the sketch +the twist. So 8 points for this baby. BTW did you notice that that last push for August put our Gallery to OVER 4000 creations? What an adorable bunch you have there. Great use of the sketch.

I know there's a spreadsheet floating around that is probably helpful! Thanks Linda. I am not sure how to make the photos an exact square. I guess I need to edit them like that. I will do that for next time. If there is a spreadsheet I would like to use it.
