Oh my word, I went through a short time that I didn't have time to look. Lately I have been looking every morning, and I just see more and more things I want to make!!!!! There is definitely not enough time in the world to do all I want to do. I want to work in my Traveler's Notebook, I want to create art journal pages, ICADs, embroider, make a quilt, you name it! So, do you still Pin things? Do you create things that are Pinterest inspired? Link us up if you would like. What do you want to create next?

I still love Pinterest I use it for recipes, decorating ideas (patio/gardening), outfits and cards. I think all my Christmas card ideas are from Pinterest.

Yes and yes! Not only do I still love it, but now my mother is finding inspiration, and I'm teaching classes that I've designed about it.

I used to pin things all the time, then Pinterest started to really annoy me with its suggestions. Now I hardly look at it at all.

I still love it! My daughter just set up a group board so her, dd #2 and I can gather ideas for her upcoming wedding. I pin a lot of ideas and that is where I find blogs to follow for my crafty wishes (or wanna be). I just work through the ever changing environment they have with the paid ads, etc.

I still love it as well. I have been making an effort to use the ideas I pin. But just browsing and pining things feeds my creativity as well and I find I use ideas I have looked at just naturally as well.

I've never loved it - I wasn't like some of my friends who were instantly hooked - but I used it more for pinning than I do now. Once the feeds got all muddled with suggestions and poorly tagged nonsense I stopped using it regularly.
But I do like to use it in a different way, to search for specific ideas, from time to time. I still get frustrated that most of the links I click on lead to things that aren't really what the Pinned post claimed (like the free calligraphy fonts that actually lead to someone's custom calligraphy business, or the dodgy websites who steal content from real makers to get clicks).
I never really used it as the digital vision/bulletin/mood board that I think it's better suited for.

I still love it for saving ideas that I find elsewhere on the web, but I’m not fond of how it has more or less turned into just another sponsored advertising game. I don’t find much inspiration just browsing through my feed anymore.

But I do like to use it in a different way, to search for specific ideas, from time to time I have found it really helpful looking for ways to meet the CardTober challenges. I had become frustrated with all the ads, but since I started looking for things like “hexagon Christmas cards”, and pinning what I found, and then clicking on some the cards I have already pinned and scrolling through related pins, I am enjoying Pinterest again

Yes. I use it a lot for traveling. It’s kind of a good springboard for creating an itinerary. I also use it for home remodeling projects. Of course, I’m always pinning recipes, but those just gather dust.

A lot less lately! I get tons of ads on my page! I click hide and new ones pop up. I resorted to creating an instagram account for mostly crafty things and pinning images from there to pinterest. Instagram doesn't have a great save feature. I find it tedious, even with being able to make collections.

It’s ok. I’ve never used it much; just for a baby shower, and for sketches/LO’s to use here for my challenge. I find it too frustrating to use much.

Oh!! To answer the question, I'm awesome at pinning. Not exactly at follow through. I found this blog from pinterest. eponinekc.blogspot.com/She gives the measurements of the cards she makes. I've made a few cut files for some of the sketches. I actually put new adhesive on all of my mats and plan to make Halloween cards from the sketches. It may seem dumb to not just use a trimmer, but I have issues with cutting straight lines and getting precise measurements! This is me on pinterest. www.pinterest.com/pinterest87/

I'm kind of off it right now, maybe since July?. I got tired of all the suggestions and advertisements.
Most of my boards are based on stamp sets I own. I only looked at it when I'm was stumped for an idea with a particular set.

I just work through the ever changing environment they have with the paid ads, etc. We did the same with my daughter for her wedding. The board worked so well! And I too pin so much (besides crafting)--recipes, yard ideas, holiday decorating, you name it. I truly find it to be the most inspirational site (for me anyway). Glad a lot of you do too! And for those of you that find it frustrating, I guess I don't see that stuff. I am pretty good at ignoring things so I never give those things a second thought.

I love it and I hate it. Love it for recipes, even if I don't make 90% of what I pin. Love it when funny things show up in my feed. Somewhat love it for trip ideas. Love it for layouts or sketches.
Hate that I sometimes can't get the search engine to find recipes that I know I pinned, but can't find on my food board because it's huge. Hate the ads, but some days are better than others. Hate when suggested pins are things I've already pinned (which is part of why my food board is so huge...). Hate that if I pin something then that's all I get suggestions for--yesterday I pinned a picture of a lighthouse we visited this summer because it was a different view...and the rest of the my feed filled with other lighthouses.
I do some times wonder if my account has been hacked because I will start getting suggestions for things I haven't looked at anywhere or at anytime...caring for chickens and building hen houses...Ohio State/Penn State/Oklahoma football...various TV shows or movies that I don't even recognize...

Love it. I just got off and came here. Every morning, my online routine is: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and here. All while watching the local news then Good Morning America.
I recently started trying to reorganize my Pinterest boards, not sure when they started using sub-boards (or whatever they’re called), but I love them. My recipes were all jumbled up, and now I have them by category. I need to do that to a couple other boards too. Lately Pinterest has been pretty good at their suggestions for me too. My favorite new board I created is for hot air balloons, I’m just in love with them. They fly over our house frequently when it’s warm, I could watch them forever. Someday I want to go to Albuquerque.

I miss the early days of pinterest so much. I was an early adopter, back when you had to "invite" people to get on. I used it like a curated Google. The people who pinned & I followed had awesome taste/style. They were people you felt like you could be friends with in real life if only you knew them. It had more of a community feel back then. I feel like it's just gotten worse and worse. Hate that it's no longer chronological. Now mine is full of ads & really old stuff. Hate that you don't see everything from people you do follow & I hate that most of my feed is made up of "picked" for me pins.
I still use it to search for specific things like a quote, layout, or outfit but nothing like I did before. It's a useful tool but it's lost it's magic for me.

I've never really liked it -I liked the idea of a digital bulletin board but it never seemed to work well that way for me.
It drives me nuts when I see a pin I like but I can't seem to click through to the actual blog or recipe or sketch...it's like an endless stream of pins with no end.
And I hate when I google stuff that the first gazillion links are all to Pinterest.

I still pin things I find, as well as browse what others have pinned. It was seeing samples of cards which had used "THAT folder" that made me determined to find it.

I still look at it a couple times per week.
It really helped us figure out our kitchen remodel.

I haven’t been on there for years. I used to go for inspiration but it irritated me that I had to wade through all that other stuff their robot thought I might like. I may sign back up though since some things I find on google images are from Pinterest and I’d like to be able to click on them.

I don't care for it and I never really did. When DH was going through allergy testing, I used it to help me find recipes. And I tried looking for sketches for layouts. But really I find enough inspiration here. GS board challenges give me enough Scrappy goodness to inspire me. You ladies do a fabulous job.
The craft thread on NSBR and ravelry give me enough crochet ideas and inspiration.
I don't instagram, I don't Snapchat, I feel like between Facebook and here is enough online stuff for me.

I hardly use it now. I save things into collections on Instagram and I find it easier to find the original creator/pattern on there.

I still love it for saving ideas that I find elsewhere on the web, but I’m not fond of how it has more or less turned into just another sponsored advertising game. I don’t find much inspiration just browsing through my feed anymore. Plus the "explore" feature is essentially useless now because unless you're picking a category or searching for specific things I only see pins related to what I pinned most recently. I used to love just scrolling through to see what others were pinning in general - it was how I found out about new trends, interesting things I hadn't thought to look for and got totally inspired. Now - Pinterest is my bulletin board on the internet. They broke it and they don't plan on fixing it.
