It’s cute, but totally not my style. I would never have a reason to use most of the collection.

I like the paper with the books on it and the puffy heart stickers. Otherwise, it's too juvenile for my use.

I’m over the mermaids, but I usually love her collections. Even if it’s for the B side.
Can’t wait to see it all!

I like one of the papers. I do like some of the puffy stickers, but I'm too cheap to buy them.

Puffy heart stickers and the dots and stars—yes. The rest—no.
That castle paper reminds me of Wenndimoor in season 2 of Dirk Gently. (Any other who might concur?)

lilacgal I wondered about the 6x6 paper pad, too, and the shapes sticker book? And no alpha sticker book? I liked her alpha sticker book from Box of Crayons. I wonder if Shimelle's collections aren't selling as well as the other designers? I noticed she has fewer SKUs than the newest Paige Evans collection. I didn’t even think about the alpha sticker book. Geez. I really like that. She said she went from the sticker book to the sticker folder because the staple reduced the amount of usable space. I’d think a shaped sticker book would really reduce the amount of usable space. I love Shimelle. Like seriously fan girl over her. That shaped sticker book really turns me off though. It feels like it’s being marketed to my third grade students instead of adults. I’m hoping I’m wrong. Shimelle’s collections seem to be going to a more eclectic mix of things. Paige Evans’ collections seem more put together and cohesive. I like a lot more of Whimsical than I do of Head in the Clouds. That makes me sad. I want to love everything about Shimelle’s stuff. I hope the b sides are amazing and work together.

I'll wait and see what the B sides look like, but I'm guessing I'll be passing on it. It makes me sad because I like Shimelle and I want to support her, but I have no use for most of those papers. Does this unicorn / mermaid crap really sell well enough for them to keep doing it over and over? Why do they think this is what we want?
I like the thickers, the puffy hearts, and the enamels, but that's pretty much it.

While I love the colors, it is the same old stuff; same icons, same motifs, same colors, same patterns. Mermaids, AGAIN?!? Blah! I'll pass.

as usual, my reaction is the opposite of everyone else's i like this collection the best out of all of them. i wouldn't buy or use every paper and definitely not every embellishment, but i love the colors. glitter girl and box of crayons just looked like 1998 scrapping supplies to me and i don't get that vibe from this at all. i do definitely see the disney influence, even with the dragons. so i'll have to get the glitter thickers (the font on those blue ones is atrocious; that definitely looks very early 2000s to me!), those amazing puffy hearts and probably some of the papers. i tend to stay away from her stickers and ephemera. i'm sure if i keep up with my new hip kit sub i'll be getting some bits of the line.

I love it! I have 3 daughters, so I am often attracted to these themes. But my youngest is 13, so I am not long for the fairytale stuff.

Thanks for posting the link. I hate the A sides, but after seeing the B sides, I decided I want the paper. Almost all the Bs are really usable

I like a majority of the b sides and the heart puffy stickers. I’ll get the thickers too.

I just watched her video and the papers are really beautiful. The navy, pea green, red, and pink combo is lovely together. I'm anxious to see the thickers, sticker book, and project pad. I've used quite a bit from her last two project pads.

Yes, craftymom101, I was going to mention watching her video. I'm still not a fan of the dragons, mermaids, and super whimsiness of most of it, but there are some really pretty floral/butterfly/camera and general paper designs that could work great for young boys and girls. I didn't see many papers I'd buy, but there were some that were much better than the sneak peek showed.

There is only one sheet that I wouldn’t use either side. I love that the colours are different, navy, periwinkle. Throw a rainbow on it and I love it. Lots of the embellishments I really like as well.

Watched the video and like the ledger paper and the star paper. That’s about it.
But I’m wondering, what brand is the paper showing off to the right of the camera. I like all of that and could definitely use it for Disney pictures. Anyone know?

Ok. Just finished watching her video. I need all the paper at least once. The galaxy paper is going to be purchased in mass quantities! Being able to see everything at ACOT makes me want them even more. The 12x12 chipboard sheet is new for her. I usually stay away from chipboard but I will pick it up. The puffy hearts are going to be purchased in multiple sets too. I just love all the purple! It’s a blue purple instead of the red plum purple. I adore that! I think I’ll be picking up the stamp set too. At this point, I think the only thing I don’t want is the project pad. If that shows up at TM, I’ll likely get it though. Happy sigh! I’m much happier after watching her video.

I just watched her Facebook live where she showed the papers. The Bsides are very nice. But I'm always keen to a bside of paper
No small pad of patterned paper. She mentions a 6x6 pad was planned, but she can't talk about why it didn't happen. There will be a 6x8 journaling pad.

I'm glad to say I don't find this as terrible as her previous two collections and I actually might pick up a couple of the papers, I really like the camera print (both of them actually although the b&w is much more usable for my style) and a couple of the florals.
I'd love to support her more, she's clearly passionate about scrapping and I really like to see a designer who uses their own stuff so frequently, but so much of what she designs doesn't fit my style.

Part of the issue I think is that Shimelle has a small child and tends to scrap small child type photos/Disney etc so that’s where her design aesthetic goes If I still had a small child I might find more use for these papers Even the floral and rainbows don’t fit the style of the pics I scrap with a grown up mostly male family Not a criticism, just an observation

After reviewing the video yesterday, I like many others have decided that I love the florals and some b-sides. But none of the icons are going to work for me; even when my DD was little, I don't think I would have used mermaids and unicorns. The dragons are cute but...
