Ugh! I feel awful. It feels like someone is stabbing me with a fork inside my abdomen, I am bloated and feel constant pressure 24/7.

Speaking from personal experience...I really would get a CT Scan if possible. I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer last year due to being anemic. When my anemia didn't improve after treatment with iron supplements, my doctor started looking at other things. I also had urinary issues, bloating, irregular periods, as well as feeling extremely full after eating only a few bites.
If you can, get an appointment with a gynecological oncologist.
Feel free to PM me if you would like more information.
September is also ovarian cancer awareness month.

Perhaps now is the time to have a hysterectomy.

I hope you find answers soon. I had a hysterectomy last year and, while it's major surgery no matter what kind of surgery you have, I'm so glad I did.

I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. I've never regretted it.

Had a hyst 3 years ago for fibroids and excessive bleeding. I still have my ovaries, but I would have let them go if there were painful cysts involved. I'm so happy I did it. No complications and I don't miss the bleeding one bit. I was 39 and very much not interested in having more children, so that part of it was an easy decision.

Before I had a hysterectomy, I was bloated and had a constant pressure/full feeling (not to mention the cramps etc.)...I felt like I was always 'fixing to start' I guess. It was horrible.
I did end up having surgery..and for me, it made a huge difference. No regrets here but definitely a huge decision.

your symptoms sounded a lot like mine two years ago. had a hysterectomy and all that went away. Did you have any after effects or problems? To me, my hysterectomy recovery went far smoother than my gallbladder surgery 2 months earlier. I had minimal discomfort after the laparoscopic surgery and was back to work a week later. Two years later I have no bladder issues like some women have. I did the hormone patch for the 1st 9 months after surgery because I was worried about hot flashes. I decided to stop it because I had concerns about the increased breast cancer risk with the estrogen. There is BC history in my family. After I stopped the patch I had none of the symptoms I was worried about. If I can't sleep, I might take a half of an OTC sleep aid. The best thing was that my anemia went away. That was a biggie. I just had my first pap after my surgery (because I kept my cervix. I didn't want to risk a prolapse so I kept that) and my doctor said everything healed well and looked good. I hope you find the the solution that works best for you.
