We love it and I've never made it myself. Just now made a recipe from pinterest. It's good...but not great. Can distinctly taste the cream cheese (and I used a tad less then it called for!) Anyone have a great one?
This one was cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, shredded cheese and used 1 tsp of minced garlic. Wonder if this one can be "saved"?

I make the version on the Knorr soup package. But I add in a bit more mayo and sour cream than the recipe calls for, because we all like it a bit creamier.
I don't think I've ever had spinach dip with cream cheese or grated cheese in it.

I also use the recipe on the back of the Knorr vegetable soup package. I've tried a couple others but they aren't nearly as good.

The recipe I use is always a big hit with people, I made it last night for a family celebration.
1 tub cream cheese 1 tub sour cream grated cheese garlic & diced bacon, fried sliced spring onion (aka green onions / scallions / shallots) baby spinach leaves
Mix it all together and put it in a hollowed out cob loaf and bake in the oven.
It is full of fat and calories, so I usually use lite sour cream and cream cheese. Still full of fat though.......!
ETA: I guess mine is more cream/cheese than spinach LOL!

I use my mom's recipe, which uses the Knorr leek soup packet. Anyone use that instead?

Sounds wonderful. Guess I'll be looking at the back of Korr's soup at Walmart tomorrow!

My lazy ass "recipe" is a cup of plain greek yogurt mixed into a box of Birdseye creamed spinach.
