I make a really awesome cream cheese frosting, I get requests to make cakes for family functions pretty frequently. I save the extra, and there are no limits to things found in the kitchen that it may end up on. I may or may not have once made a frosting sandwich. I will have to tell DH about your frosting sandwich. That man will make a sandwich out of anything, including an undiluted can of cream of chicken soup. His food confessions would curl your hair!

I make ghetto donuts. It's family tradition. We were too poor to go buy donuts. So my grandma showed me how to cook toast just right and open up a can of frosting and spread on it. I may or may not have had it for breakfast in the past week. I am so gonna try that!

If potatoes are served with a meal, I always eat them first. I may have had a bowl of mashed potatoes for a meal, in the past...

Kiki--I'm your candy bar, cake and pie twin! I love sucking the candy coating off of M&M's first (after I separate all the colours into piles so I can eat my least favourite colours last and see if I was stiffed on the blue ones)
I love licking the filling off those little wafers on candy bars and those Little Debbie peanut butter chocolate wafer bars. I haven't had one of those in ages, now I'm craving one!
I also *love* Swiss Cake Rolls--I bite the chocolate glaze off the ends then the rest of the roll (it just crumbles off and melts all over your clothes--which does NOT look like chocolate...)I then unroll the cake, lick out that amazing filling and eat the cake. It's a calming ritual for me.
Scrappingtoee--my aunt used to make homemade Almond Joy candy at Christmas! The filling was almost a spot on match. You do have to splurge for decent chocolate, that "Mockolate" candy coating is awful. I think I have the recipe if you want it. I know the filling contained butter, crisco, confectioner's sugar and flavouring, I can't remember if there was anything else.
I also love those chicken or turkey pot pies. I don't eat them often because they have so much fat. I love the flavour and the cooked vegetables and small amount of meat is easy for me to digest.
I drink those Ensure shakes by the case. The vanilla ones are really not bad. I will admit that some weeks all I can stomach is ice cream, pasta, snack cakes/muffins... I have to eat something. I hate my diet and have tried to get more nutritional advice for my condition. I guess since everyone is different there isn't more guidelines. When I feel better, I eat a ton of vegetables and smoothies. There's just some weeks that I just can't digest those without severe pain (it feels like a gallbladder attack but on the left side) and other nasty symptoms.
I do love those Kraft Mac and Cheese individual tubs. They have flavour without causing problems.
I also love chicken and pasta. In the South, we love our chicken and dumplins--flat dumplins in chicken stock with some of the stewed chicken. My grandmother made her dumplins from scratch--self rising flour, hot chicken stock, salt and pepper. Dump them in the boiling pot of strained stock from stewing a chicken. The chicken we used were the small pieces left over after picking the chicken off the bones. Most of the chicken we used for other meals. It's so quick and easy, and cheap. My grandparents were just poor sharecroppers on both sides. They ate well, though.
Sometimes when my mom would stew a chicken and needed something easy for dinner, she'd make "cracker stew". Hot broth with crumbled saltine crackers and little pieces of chicken. Just stir in enough crackers to make it a stew consistency. Boy was that good. I eat this a lot when I'm really sick. That and cream of tomato soup made with milk and eaten with a snack pack of cheddar Goldfish crackers.

I like a butter and sugar sandwich from time to tie, but only if we have cheap white bread. With the extra pieces of cheap white bread I like to wad a slice up and eat it. It gets kind of doughy tasting if the bread is cheap enough! I also like to eat an occasional frozen pot pie, but just the crust, and I pry the top part off and set it aside to eat last. Then toss the broth/gravy. And I consider carrots just a vehicle to get hummus in my mouth. If no one is looking, I will just lick the hummus off the carrot and dip it again- the hummus container is for my own personal use, however, my husband is creeped out by hummus.

I serve waffles with ice cream and strawberries for dinner when hubby is traveling. I've also done pancakes with choc chips and bananas as dinner too.

salad-- the croutons, cheese, whatnot. Then, I just pick at the lettuce. I admit it. The benefits of the salad are often wasted on me. What about you? i do this too but its mostly out of fear that the lettuce is going to declare war on my intestines.

I love the skin off rice pudding and custard (the UK varieties) and roast chicken. I also like to dip bread into the fat from roasted pork. I can eat a big bar of Galaxy chocolate without thinking twice. I hide chocolate from the kids for desperate days. I LOVE Galaxy bars and am quite sad that I haven't found anything in the US that comes close. I discovered them when I went to Ireland the first time and I think I had 2 a day. I couldn't get enough of them.

Cake with butter cream frosting, except I don't eat the cake. And pie it is always just the filling. I like the challenge of trying to keep the crust undisturbed while eliminating the contents. Never eat the crust.

I love the Totinos pizzas. I eat a bowl of cereal for dinner regularly. I've also love Nutella and strawberries. I've made special trips to the grocery store just to buy those two things.

At the restaurant, she orders the most froufrou salad (blue cheese, nuts, fruit, etc) eats all the extras, none of the lettuce.

I've never had half the stuff y'all are talking about. I know what Tostino's pizza rolls, aka pillows of crap, are but I've n4ever eaten one.
I get a medium iced coffee with skim milk and extra caramel about 3 times a week. I like a little coffee with my sugar.
I can't remember the last time I ate a fruit.
We had Nutella and peanut butter sandwiches for lunch today. I hide my good chocolate from DH and the kids.
We have a bottom freezer now, and that makes it REALLY hard to hide things.

I have 2 children. I love cupcakes. The cheap white cake thick frosting kind from walmart. My kids are different. He like the icing only. She likes the cake only - but they will not share ONE cupcake! Drives me batty!!!

Oh, so many of these have me nodding my head in agreement. I may have just went downstairs to get a spoonful of PB, it would have been frosting except I polished that off last night (leftover from ds' cake earlier this week). I've had mashed potatoes as a meal, along with pasta and butter, enjoy a good Totino's every now and again.
My confession is I like raw pasta/noodles, usually macaroni or egg noodles. I eat them like chips (only when my family isn't around of course), a small bowl of them while watching some late night TV.

Given the opportunity, I could live for quite a while on Ritz Crackers and processed American cheese.

When I get french fries (from McDonalds *gasp*) I always take a few out of each bag before handing them off to the kids.

Top of the cupcake with all the icing. I have my own jar of peanut butter. Which then I pour chocolate chips in. Nutella and a spoon. I workout 5 days a week. You now know why.

Sort of similar, I've been known to eat just the cheese and toppings off of pizza and leave the crust. My dh thinks that's sacrilege because the crust is his favorite part. I was the exact opposite as a kid - I only ate the crust, everything else had to be scraped off. A little bit of sauce was okay, but none of the "good" stuff. I ate my pizza that way until a sleepover in 6th grade when I was peer pressured into eating it "normal". I've been eating it "normal" ever since.

I thought when you started that you were going to say you poked holes in canned biscuits and deep fried them, then rolled them in sugar which is what we did when I was growing up. Fast and easy. I'd rather eat pie crust than the filling.

I love the nachos from our local drive in movie theater. A giant cardboard 'boat' filled to the brim with processed cheese and some jalapeños piled on top, HEAVEN ON EARTH, I tell ya. I took my girls last week to go see How to Train a Dragon 2- and I seriously thought about those damn nachos all day. We saw some family friends there and my kids walked over to their car to say hello- I literally waved (from inside my car) and texted the Mom- 'love you, but love my nachos more- not walking over'

I once baked a chocolate oatmeal cake and ate so much of it, I froze the rest and made another one so my DH wouldn't know how much I had eaten.

There are so many things I could confess to I doubt I could even remember them all if I tried.
I love eating a small scoop (like a couple teaspoons) of Country Crock margarine right out of the tub. Something about that artificial margariney goodness just melting on my tongue... oh yes.
I like to melt a bowl full of chocolate chips and slice up strawberries and dip them in the warm chocolate. I can go through a whole container of strawberries this way.

I don't know the last time I ate the pastry part of a butter tart... I spoon out and eat the filling, and toss the shell which is nothing more than a vessel for the syrupy goodness...
I may have once spent two days living off a President's Choice Key Lime Pie... And it wasn't by accident - I went to the store to buy it, grabbed a handful of veggies to make it look like I wasn't just buying a large pie, and chatted with the cashier about how "everyone" was looking forward to having that pie for dessert... I didn't need her judging me...
KD with Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco...
Instant kimchi noodle bowls... Any time of the day, all day, twice a day... And now I want noodles...lol
And YES! Nachos and cheese - the faker the better...lol

I'm the opposite I order pizza with toppings then take the cheese and toppings off and only eat the crust with sauce. I really should order breadsticks but I don't. I hate cheese so me eating pizza in the first place is stupid lol I love the crust. I ate the top of my cupcake the other day but the cake part wasn't that good. I am a frosting addict and I love Pepsi. I am not a coffee drinker so Pepsi is my caffeine of choice and if I had to ever give it up, I don't know what I'd do.
