I order from Field to Cup for loose tea. At work, I keep tea bags from Snarky Tea.

we recently discovered Arizona Green Tea, zero calorie. It's pretty good when we need something other than water.

I like Gold Peak Unsweetened when I am out or Chick-Fil-A
But at home I drink Tetley Earl Gray Vanilla. My favorite flavor in the whole world.
Fruit and Black Teas. No green for me.

I’m pretty low class when it comes to my iced tea! I make myself a glass of tea every day. I just take a Lipton tea bag, seep it in an inch or so of hot water for a minute or two. While this tea is still hot I fill my cup with ice. I no longer use sugar in my iced tea and I’ve never used lemon.

I discovered (for premade) iced Tejava black tea. They sell it at our grocery stores, Target, Costco. It's just a plain black tea but without citric acid or anything else, so it's not bitter. I'm a huge sweet fiend but I can drink this straight without any sweetener. My mom always drinks hot tea, morning to night, and now I'm a tea drinker, too, lol.

I drink my iced tea with lemon only, no sugar. Preferred brands are Twinings English or Irish Breakfast tea, Typhoo (British, available at World Market), Tazo, or Barry's (Irish - usually available at World Market). I prefer the English or Irish brands because they're stronger, and I love me some strong tea (hot or cold) - Lipton or other US brands taste weak to me.
I also like a lot of flavored teas, but don't usually drink them as iced teas, only hot. I don't add sugar to those either.

I thought of the Peas today. I was at Tim Horton's and while waiting at the drive thru for my iced tea, someone asked the TH employee what kind of tea they served. She asked someone else in the store for the answer and then replied, "EARLY Grey." My DD and I laughed out loud together and decided that it must have been served just a bit before the original Earl was. Gotta love tea humor!

Canadian iced tea isn't the same. Well, I mean it can be made that way. But I drink the kind I make with the Goodhost drink crystals. I'll do the Nestea or Lipton crystals in a pinch. I admit it's almost caffeinated grown up Kool Aid.
I can't imagine drinking the kind same of tea I drink as hot tea in iced form. It'd be too strong & too bitter, even with sugar.
I will drink an iced black or white tea lemonade from Starbucks - lots of ice, please.

If you like cinnamon tea, then use the Coffee Maker tea maker. Use one family size tea bag and 1 stick of cinnamon. Brew. If you like it sweet then add sugar otherwise you can just drink it unsweetened. You can use the same cinnamon tea for another batch. This is a big hit at parties.

I like extremely strong cinnamon tea. I would probably need several sticks. Have you ever tried it with just boiling water instead of the tea maker?

I use Luzianne decaf tea bags and make two gallons at a time. One gallon unsweetened for DH and myself and one gallon sweet (with one cup of sugar) for the boys. I like mine with lots of fresh lemon slices. I started using decaf because that’s what my dad has to drink and so it’s ready whenever he comes to visit.

For those of you who visit Panda Express, can you still purchase Panda Passion iced tea at your locations? There was a period of time where we couldn't, but Panda Passion is back. It's the same as the China Mist Fiesta Fria referenced earlier, in case you didn't know. I only like Adagio iced teas if I cold brew it in the fridge. I find their tea base to be very bitter if it's brewed with hot water, of any temperature. I really like their Citron Green iced tea. I like Harney Fruits d'Alsace as iced tea. Hot it was kind of blah, but it makes a crisp, slightly fruity iced tea. For herbal iced, I love Davids Tea Rainbow Sherbet. Most of their herbals are pretty good iced.

The nice thing about iced tea is it is easy to make a lot of it at once. Even easier than making lemonade. I make up a half gallon of very concentrated tea in a pasta pot using the basic recipe above and mix with another gallon on water, plus ice. I usually add just a couple of spoonfuls of sugar for very lightly sweetened tea. Super easy. Want also to try iced tea maker here

I make my own when I make it, which isn't very often. I buy whatever teabags are the cheapest (plain black tea bags) and I make it with about 50% of the sugar that most people use down here in the South (at restaurants, I have to drink unsweet or half-and-half if I'm somewhere that I can mix it myself).
I do have some loose tea that I like to use for hot tea, my favorite is a raspberry leaf blend that I picked up at a local tea shop a while back.

I'm really curious -- for those who drink sweet tea, is a cup of sugar per gallon pretty much standard? Or am I misunderstanding the explanation? I would never have thought that sweet tea had that much sugar in it, although whenever I've been mistakenly given the sweet version (by restaurants), it has seemed super sweet to me. A gallon of homemade sweet tea with one cup of sugar translates to 25 grams of sugar per 16-ounce glass. Traditional sweet southern iced tea can be so over-sweetened it will make your teeth ache. I make unsweetened for me at home and very lightly sweetened for the 18 y/o. I drink my hot tea unsweetened as well. If I'm going to drink my calories, it will be in wine or bourbon! No sodas for me at all.

I quit pop recently too, and really liked the Nestea powder for making my own iced tea, but it was discontinued. So now I buy Gold Peak - I think it has the best flavor. But I'm intrigued by all these other types people are listing!

When I make my own I make it unsweetened and use Lipton or Luzianne ice tea bags. If I buy the premade I use unsweetened Arizona green tea.
