I'm not sure how companies reach out to those beyond their typical market. Or even if it is worth their while. I'm sure some pay for FB, IG and Pinterest adds which would possibly reach beyond their typical market depending on how the coding work Maybe that was the aim of reaching out and trying to affiliate with the Magnolia gang?

It looks like the Sale at her office is a good one with really good prices per her IG Story BUT it doesn't look like she has that much inventory to sell. The hours are from 1 to 7 pm but I am sure 90% will be sold out by 4pm.... Everything is priced at $5 and UNDER. Not worth the trek for me.

Maybe that what was it, IIRC she was talking about partnering two family centered businesses. Are the Gaines evangelical or Southern Baptist? Don't people who believe that feel Mormons are more cult than Christian? It seems like a fundamental oversight on Becky's part to attempt an affiliation between two brands so open about the place of their church in their lives and business. I am not sure Chip and Jo would stand with her actively promoting LDS. Edited to add: I sometimes admire people with convictions so strong they want to share - if it's a privately owned company. I also respect business owners who know how to keep their values, share their beliefs and not drive customers away. If you are proselytizing so much you are losing business than that is the burden and choice you made as an owner. Do not complain about it.

So telling... Just read a comment on her IG from a person who started following her because of a contest. Purchased some Stone wrap and sign but has no idea what PL is. #yourenotdoingthisright (BH not the follower) That's crazy! Absolutely #yourenotdoingthisright

Yes - most evangelical Christians and definitely Southern Baptists believe that Mormons are a cult vs Christian. She missed her mark on that one.

The Gaines have Target. Why would they need Becky Higgins?
