When we lived in Orlando, I got all my photos printed at Walgreens. Close by, always fast service, always friendly. Since we moved to SC, the exact opposite is true. They have now messed up three orders in three weeks. I put in a rather large order on Monday, and estimated time to completion was yesterday. I got an email confirming they received the order and I have a order number. Called this morning because I had not gotten an order completed email. They tell me they never received it. I’m done. None of my orders are urgent so...which online place has the best quality, service, price?

I generally use Costco or Shutterfly for bulk picture printing. I think Costco is better but I hate going there so I tend to use Shutterfly when I can't convince DH to pick up an order for me.

I mostly print at home now (Epson PM400). Before that I ordered large batches from Persnickety Prints. I would occasionally order from Costco if I needed just a few or something quickly, but wasn’t thrilled with the quality compared to PP and really disliked the glossy prints.

I use York, and have always liked their quality. They always have 5 cent prints or free shipping, it seems like.

I either print at home (Epson pm-400) or through Shutterfly.

CVS - by the time I factor in shipping, they are just as inexpensive as Snapfish or Shutterfly, it seems and no waiting for the mailman.
I've printed through Amazon too but the process is such a hassle, I don't usually bother
Walgreens in my area - the prints are always curved

Costco. Recently the changed to where if you do mail order it's significantly cheaper so I do that. It's not as quick, but I do like that it costs less.

I'm very happy with Snapfish. I order once a month, and it is usually a week turnaround, from the time I order to the day I receive it.
I print them matte.

There is a Costco nearby (although I rarely go in there- I always spend too much). I’ll try them first, thanks.

I like to print with Adorama. More expensive, but I have always been happy with the quality. I just wait for coupon codes and free shipping

I love and use (almost exclusively) Persnickety Prints.

I'm a Persnickety Prints fangirl! They have THE BEST quality pictures, you won't find anything like theirs at chain stores.
I just recently joined Costco so I gave their services a try since shipping is free. I was very pleased they didn't only offer glossy as I can't stand glossy pics. They are nice quality but it took so long to get them. I will use them occasionally but am sticking to Persnickety for all my large orders.

Another vote for Persnickety Prints. They are by far better than my Costco or Walgreens in terms of quality. They turn around really fast and I typically do a large bulk order. If I order on Monday, by Wednesday prints are in the mail & I get them before the weekend. They do sales a couple of times a year where you can buy credits to use later. They have amazing customer service too.

I like Costco. I always get their luster finish, I don’t like glossy either.

I'm in Canada so if I don't want to pay crazy exchange rates I use Blacks.ca better quality than Costco and they ship for a low rate (like $3-4) either that or I print at home with my Epson Pm400.

I used to use Costco and loved the way my pictures turned out but I've let my membership lapse. I've been using Snapfish for quite a while now. They usually have sales and I'm happy with how my pictures look. I compared to Winkflash and Shutterfly and the Snapfish pictures looked better.

Another Persnickety gal here. I love the different sizes that they have.

Another Persnickety customer. I wait until their sales and then stock up on credits. I have not found anyone else that matches their quality. I ordered from them and then ordered a few of the same prints from Costco to do a side by side comparison. The colours from Costco were grey and murky compared to the Persnickety prints. I was very disappointed in Costco. You'll find cheaper options than Persnickety, but you won't find better quality IMO.

I use Walgreens. I have 2 very close to me, one is terrible the other is great. Do you have another store you can try?

I print at home, but when I want a larger size than 6x8, I really like Persnickety. The quality is really awesome.
I wish my scrap process let me be a batch printer. I would order from them all the time.

Well, I created an account at Persnickety. Pricey, but I do like all the size options. I’ll keep an eye out for special sales. Thanks everyone.

I tried Amazon but some of the colors were way off so I’m another Pea looking for a good place to get prints. Thanks for sharing.
