I’ve been watching this and, much to my surprise, really enjoying it.
One thing that is driving me crazy though, is when Nick Cannon says singer, sing-ger.

I got the Lion right, but I was surprised to see her not make it to the finals. I'm still rooting for the Peacock.

We were talking about this. So they vote for the best singer? the audience? or the singer hardest to figure out? Because I think that is who they should be voting for. We ALLLL know the bee is Gladys Knight. She's the best singer, but should she win? because we all know it's her? so it's not deceiving us.

I'm thinking people are just voting for their favorite singer.

I think it would be more fun with fewer clues. It's kind of anticlimactic when we all know who is behind the mask.

The whole internet has known who they all are from the first set of clues.

I think they vote for the best singer. I didn't know the Rabbit, but I watched Joey sing My Girl on Youtube before the reveal and thought there's no way that's the same guy. It was terrible and he actually sounded good on the show. I'm too old to remember details about those boy bands! The Monster should win because he's been so hard to figure out. I still think it's T-Pain.

We thought there was no way Rabbit was heavyset enough to be Joey Fatone, but once he took that oversized rabbit head off, you could see his body size better.

My co-worker and I talked about this today. It would be different if the show was live. It's also hard because we dont know how much the audience knows. Have they been watching? are they the same audience all along? etc. So I guess there are too many aspects to voting for the best deception.

Yeah it was funny once the rabbit took the head off and you saw it was Joey, I could also clearly notice the first time the girdle/corset looking contraption that was holding his stomach in. LOL.
I do enjoy the show, but I think it needs to be fewer weeks or clues or something. It's not very surprising after the first week or so. I think nearly everyone knows who Bee and Peacock are - Monster seems the only one there is a question about. I'm on the T-Pain train, though.

I listened to Joey Fatone's podcast last night (Two Cups of Joe on PodcastOne) and he talked about how it all happened. It's quite interesting, actually. He really had a hard time lying to people when they point-blank asked him if he was the Rabbit.
He also talked with Robin Thicke and Robin said that the clues/packages changed a bit after they taped the show, so what the judges saw was a little more difficult to decipher in many cases.

Has anyone heard what the Rabbit's/Joey's head twitching was about?

Has anyone heard what the Rabbit's/Joey's head twitching was about? He said it was just the character he created. They wanted him to have a persona and it went with the straight jacket, which was a play on the Rabbit costume on the original show, from which the American version was derived.
