I have several. I've started up my keto diet again. I just got the results back from my physical, and my A1C increased quite a bit (Type 1 diabetes). Keto has a really great effect on my blood sugar, like I hardly use any insulin at all except for my base rate I get through my pump.
In addition to diet, I signed up for the MS150 again. This will be either my 5th or 6th time doing it, but it's been about 5 years since the last time I did it. I've got about 3 months to get in shape!
Mine is to continue being more healthy and active. So far so good
Last year I worked out at my gym and went on bike rides with my friends. This year is the same but more. We have our first bike ride February 3rd. I also joined a six week dog stage race (urban mushing). So far this year I have been at the gym or doing a run everyday except January 8th.
I’m also working at eating clean/cleaner.
