Or do they just instagram everything? Or is you tube where it's at?
I have been tinkering with the idea of posting again on my blog. I *miss* sharing my scrapbook stuff but haven't embraced sharing on instagram because I mainly use that to save photos of my kids. I don't do a lot of tutorials so I don't think YouTube is for me, either.
So, am I the only one who misses blogging? Or do I need to just embrace Instagram and start sharing there?

I still blog, and there are people I still follow. I share the details of my creations on my blog; on Instagram I link to my blog for people to read the details if they want.

I still blog and cross post to Instagram when I remember! I like entering challenges, and having a blog is the easiest way to do that.

I still blog, but I started my blog to keep a record of my craft projects, especially the ones I gave away.
I am happy if anyone else enjoys what I post, but mostly I blog for myself. I will sometimes link to a post I have made, if I think one of my posts would be helpful, but I don't link to it very often. It gives me a place to post pictures of my projects, which then I can post here (which I did during the Cardtober challenge), or elsewhere if needed. It also gives me a chance to include information about the project.
My link to my blog is in my signature, but I don't think that many people actually still go to it. I still have followers listed, but I don't know how often they check it. When we were finalizing our move, and during he moving process, I stopped posting for a time, so it's quite possible that none of my followers still even check my page.
I still post on my blog, though, as I have projects or reviews to share, whether or not anyone but me sees it.

I still read blogs! Please let us know if you will post again. I have Instagram, I like it, but it's like taking a long trip down a rabbit hole. A blog, I read the article and I'm finished. I have lots of varied interests, I don't just read craft/scrapbook blogs.

I have started a blog at my new website. I struggled with blogging before due to technical difficulties with equipment. I have a new iMac now which is making things so much easier!

I think there are plenty of people still blogging and reading blogs, but I notice that commenting on blogs has dropped off very sharply. I will often rad a blog that someone links on Instagram (which is my fav social media space) and end up leaving a comment on the Insta post instead of on the blog. Sometimes blogs make commenting really involved or link to a persona I no longer use/don't want to use on their blog (eg Fbk) and they lack of immediacy and dialogue. But anyway, it seems the crafty blogs are still alive and well and when I'm looking for ideas and information about specific projects I usually end up looking for blog posts to get all the details.

I have a blog but mainly just post on YouTube these days. I feel like I'm shouting into a void when I blog--there's no interaction there at all. Every now and then I think I should go back to it, so I do for a week or so, and then I stop. It just seems pointless.

I wish more people blogged, I enjoy reading blogs! I've been considering starting one for awhile but currently I just share on a crafty instagram... mostly because I am curious if people care to see what I post and if I could keep up with it. On instagram I feel so limited though... on a blog I would likely share more detailed posts.

I love to blog and really hope to get back at it this year. 2018 was just too hard for me to even consider writing creatively.

My blog doesn't see as much activity as I would like. And that's really just because of my time limitations. I think the last posts are from my WITL in June last year. I have no plans to close it down because it's definitely something that I would like to return to when I have more time available to me.

I could never really get into it, neither reading crafty blogs regularly nor creating content. I guess I'm weird; I kind of like doing my own thing in a relative vacuum without being accosted with every new product, stamp, paper, gadget or technique. I'll look up a video or post if there's something I need to figure out, but more or less it's just me and my stuff.

Is it a crafting blog? I'd love to check it out if you'd like to post the address. (I'm on my phone, so if it's posted in your signature I can't see it, but I'll come back and check later on my laptop )

The only time I visit blogs these days is if I see something on IG or YT and want more details. Usually because I'm going to scrap lift.

I don't add anything to my blog anymore. All of my scrapbook layouts are on Instagram now. I made a separate Instagram account that is just for Scrapbooking. I didn't want to have an account that mixed personal photos and scrapbook layouts.

I blog too, but like scrapnnana I write it for myself and my family primarily, though I use it to record any projects I've completed (like travel and Christmas journals) Mostly, however, it's a general record of what I'm up to and where I am (right now, we are in Jordan, where we've been travelling for the last week before spending this weekend in a resort by the Dead Sea - yes, it's a hard life!) I blog because I can "own" the content - I don't feel I am creating something that is at the mercy of some unknown organisation which might suddenly change or delete stuff, because after twelve years of "investing" my memories, I would hate to lose the lot... I also find IG and YT too noisy - I find it hard to focus on the feeds I really love and get distracted by all the "other" stuff out there. I much prefer the format of blogs and read/follow quite a few using Feedly but personally, I don't go looking for readers and don't get many comments - that's not my aim. But if anyone is interested enough to read, then I'm happy. www.elegantsufficiency.org

After taking 2018 off, I'm thinking about getting back to blogging as well. I miss the writing part as much as the sharing of layouts and photos.

I’m still blogging, but I did lapse for a little while. I’ve just started a new series of posts of my fav photos, so there’s a bit of everything on my blog, all sorts of projects too.

I have a stamp for the back of my cards with my website/blog on it. So I TRY to keep card photos on there, but I have stopped listing all the card ingredients unless it is a current/new stamp company or if I'm posting my link for a challenge. Every August when the domain name renewal comes due, I think about shutting down the blog, but then I would have nothing to stamp on the back of my cards. ETA: I am not on any social media, so the blog is the only place I post pictures of my cards. Also, I am on my work computer all day, so when I get home in the evening, I avoid turning on my personal laptop. Which means if I think to post anything to the website/blog, I do it at work but I have no card information with me. www.mouseprintcreations.commy plan was to list/link my favorite sites, but I never get around to it.
