You are so talented and clever. I love them! Jowls is my favorite -- my dog will do anything for a tennis ball, too.

ohmygosh, I love them all! I can't choose just one favorite, but I do think I love the sentiment behind "Puppyhood" the best. What a wonderful tribute to your sweet Lucy-girl.

These are truly incredible. I always wondered how you got your avatar because I noticed it right away. I love the painting Girl With a Pearl Earring and the way you photoshopped Lucy into it shows so much talent and creativity. I'm so sorry you lost her, but you have honored her memory so well.

Thank you!
Some of you may remember that we lost her in 2017, coming up on two years. Never thought I'd recover because man, that dog just got all the way into our hearts!
This collection of posters really helped me in the grief process. Happy to say this last year has been a lot better. I still miss her, but it's not nearly as bad as it was the first year. She was so special and really the glue that helped our family come together.
Just wanted to share it with you all. Thank you for looking! These are amazing!! I enjoyed them so much. You are quite talented and Lucy was clearly the best best girl. (Tell my girls I said that and you're dead to me.) I feel certain that Lucy was the first dog I ever saw wearing doggles...does that sound right? I loved that picture so much. I even had you send it to me years back, I believe? Do you have a dog right now?

How cute. I wondered where your avatar came from. I am pretty sure my dog would be in the meme in place of the little girl watching the house burn down... smiling. Send me a similar pose and I'll see what I can do. omg this is so amazing! You should sell some of these. I hope this goes viral. Thank you...in truth, I'd hoped they would go viral and they did get a little bit of traction. I posted them over at Bored Panda and they seemed to really like them, and a few other small sites picked it up but it didn't really get too big. That's probably a blessing seeing how these kinds of things can sometimes go. Those are amazingš± If you think about taking commissions and charging, I would LOVE some of my past pets photoshopped into famous paintings. I make shadow boxes for them but this is way way way cooler. I've been thinking of doing something like Etsy for just this kind of thing. Maybe I should look further into it. "Old Dog, Nutrix" is one of my favorites too...there's some subtle details in the sunglass' reflection - I turned all the Agent Smiths into cats. "Puppyhood" though...and "Good Girle with a Pearl Earring" - those both really are her personality in art. I really had a lot of fun doing them and just working with her image like that, it did help. I'm really glad you all like them! I think maybe I'll look seriously into Etsy for this. I feel certain that Lucy was the first dog I ever saw wearing doggles...does that sound right? I loved that picture so much. I even had you send it to me years back, I believe? Do you have a dog right now? I think these are the pics you're talking about?
No, we don't have a dog yet. Neither of us are ready to be honest, plus we're doing a lot of traveling with our youngest's volleyball schedule. We're looking at adopting probably an older dog next year after volleyball ends (she's graduating college next year! Can't believe it, it goes fast!)
Here's one I haven't released, not really a movie poster but...

YES!! Those are the pictures...I love them so much! Thanks for sharing them again. Isn't it interesting...those 2 are my favorite as well and you say they are the ones that reflect her personality the most. If you ever decide to do an Etsy shop I would for SURE order some of these. And would refer all my dog-loving friends. You're quite talented and so fortunate to have had such a perfect muse for your art.

Send me a similar pose and I'll see what I can do. My tri is the little turd, but my sable has the best pose. On this particular day he was cursing me for dog sitting my friend's "borgi" for two weeks. At this point in the day, he was done with both of them.
