I'm looking for something to finish out my scrapbook room that would be cool to store dies, stamps, embossing folders, and all those other small items. Ive been at cool stuff and I found this on Etsy. It's costly but it's customized .

I have two of these. They are awesome, and I have moved them across the country. Just search on CD cabinet. Several places to buy them for about $250.

What's the dimensions of the inside of the drawer? I want to be able to store my dies, stamps and embossing folders upright.

Have you tried Hobby Lobby? Just as you enter, they have furniture and I often see items similar to what you are looking for.

I have a couple of old library card catalogue drawers that I found at collectible shows. I love them, but they are only big enough for 4x6.

If your going to put dies in it you need to make sure that it's sturdy. In most cases the bottom of the drawers are not necessarily designed to hold a lot of weight and are made of lesser material

I need the drawers to be at least 6 1/2 x9 for my stamps to fit. More than likely I'd have to have this custom made. Well when I get rich(lol) I'll do it.

They have a lot of storage products designed specifically for scrapbooking supplies and their products are great quality. I don't have something from them for the products you are looking for so I can't recommend a specific item, but I would browse their site. I use their project life card holders for project life cards & clear stamps (sizes 4x6 and 3x4) and their 12x12 paper and ink holders. They are a little on the pricey side, but not as much as the etsy listing you posted and I can't say enough great things about their products!

Origami products on HSN may have some interesting items...good quality and not expensive. Lots of colors.

FWIW, I have a wood 4-drawer filing cabinet that I got from Office Depot that I discovered perfectly fits the Interdesign fridge bin that Jennifer McGuire uses for stamp and die storage. I didn't originally buy it for this purpose but have decided to use the top two drawers for my stamps. I will say that you might be better served by a metal version, as sometimes the top drawers come out on their own due to the weight and I think a metal version might be sturdier. I think this would work for stamps but I'm not sure about a drawer full of dies because that would be quite heavy. If you did use it for dies, I would put them in the bottom drawers and the stamps in the top. If you're interested in this, I can post a picture of the inside of the drawer with the stamps, just let me know if you'd like that.

Here's my picture. Here's what the stamps look like in the drawer. They're in the Interdesign fridge bin, you just can't see it. Also, there's a space on the side where I keep other items like some larger die sets and background stamp sets.

Oh, and I should mention I bought my file cabinet maybe seven years ago so it's possible the dimensions have changed, not sure.

If you are into DIY at all, you could buy a pair of cheapie $40 RAST drawers from IKEA and stack them and hack them into looking like an apothecary chest. Here's an example of what someone did floating around on Pinterest - would just need to set up inserts inside the drawer to fit your stamps. With some elbow grease you could probably do this project for under $150. Edit: Here's the link to the original blog post: www.whatroseknows.com/1-11-2016/Apothecary-Cabinet-Ikea-Rast-Hack-/

I just have the boring Michaels cubes, lol but I spent so much time and $ collecting them I can't get rid of them! I still love my cubes. I have 16 of them..or 20 can't remember. for three years on boxing day I would go and buy the cubes. They ended up being $11 each..so every boxing day my hubby would build them for me. He laughs now on boxing day when we go to Mike's and asks if we are getting more cubes..He misses putting them together. Just a fond memory I guess
