Very sad that this is impacting her this way:
Paris Jackson was hospitalized Saturday after she attempted suicide -- and family sources tell us it's due in large to the fallout from "Leaving Neverland."
Law enforcement sources tell us police and EMS responded to Paris' LA home at 7:30 AM. We're told Michael Jackson's only daughter slit her wrists. Our sources say she was transported to a hospital and placed on 5150 hold. She's currently in stable condition.
Sources with knowledge tell us Paris did this in direct response to the allegations made against her father in "Leaving Neverland" -- a documentary in which Wade Robson and James Safechuck accuse MJ of molesting them as children.
As we reported ... Paris was standing firm behind her dad and maintaining his innocence, even though she hadn't seen the doc yet. We're told the Jackson kids have been in turmoil over the renewed allegations ... and that they feel the doc was one-sided and unfair.
The fallout from "Leaving Neverland" has been severe. Michael's music and TV appearances have been getting muted since HBO aired the project.
Paris has had hard time since her dad's death in 2009. She attempted suicide back in 2013 as well, and has been open about her struggles with depression in the past.
Our sources say Paris is currently being closely monitored by a team of doctors.

Very sad. I wouldn't be surprised if she's been abused by one of her uncles or another family member.

According to Page Six, she's denying that it was a suicide attempt, but doesn't offer another explanation as to why she was there. TMZ might be wrong, but more often than not they are have been right. Either way, it can't be easy being Michael Jackson's child right now.

she needs to be taken care of by someone other than the jacksons. Do you mean in general or after this alleged incident? I don't know that I would go so far to say that she should need to be with anyone else as many people, young and old, make rash decisions no matter who they are around. I am reading this as they are not capable, possibly blaming them for her actions and I don't know that anyone of them have any issues other than the media. If I am reading it wrong I do apologize. If she did do herself harm, I hope she finds the help to give her the power to move forward. It has gotta to suck being in the limelight your entire life. I know I would not do well living in a fishbowl.

I hope she gets help. I feel sorry for his kids. It must be hard to hear what their father did. Who is releasing the details though? I wouldn't put it past the Jackson family in an attempt to garner sympathy.

She must be so humiliated. Maybe even triggered because she was abused, too.

She has always had problems, they are just using that show as an excuse.
These children should have never been left to the jacksons, especially joe The whole situation is just sad.

How sad. I've always felt bad for the kids. Growing up in that family and in that environment would be extremely difficult.

I don’t know why people would think that this couldn’t be due to the show. How would you feel if something like this came out about your family?

I don’t know why people would think that this couldn’t be due to the show. because she already tried it once several years ago before the show. because she clearly has issues with drugs and alcohol. because she was raised by that freak and continues to be around that entire dysfunctional family. because her mother was also pretty shit and handed her and her brother over for money (yes I know they've been in contact since the mother got breast cancer, but you don't get over being abandoned as a young child) because she must have seen some pretty freaky stuff living in that house...there was a doctor administering an aesthetic agent to their father every night. At night their father was essentially unconscious...that's not normal for kids to see and live with AND then they were there and saw him dead on the floor. So yeah, that documentary is not the "blame" for all of this, the blame lies solely at the hands of her parents and their family and the completely dysfunctional way those children were raised, and the blame doesn't lie with the other victims of Jackson, if he wasn't putting his penis in 7yo boy's mouths then there wouldn't be a documentary. That family take no responsibility for anything, and they are obviously going to continue to use any problems those children have to further punish other victims for speaking out because it's hurting them in the hip pocket. I do feel very sorry for those kids, but they never had a chance of being normal in that toxic environment.

I don’t know why people would think that this couldn’t be due to the show. How would you feel if something like this came out about your family? Because her life has been fucked up since the moment she was born. She lives in a family of generations of abusers. Her mother and father didn't love each other. Her mother basically sold her to her father and then left. Her father was molesting boys in their home. Her father had a myriad of psychological problems that had real, physical manifestations. Then he went bankrupt during her childhood. This girl's issues didn't start with a movie.

I wish the media would leave that poor broken girl alone. She has nothing to do with her father’s actions. The press isn’t going to be happy until she is successful at suicide. The entire Jackson family is toxic at this point.
I would like to see her move to a remote area of another country, change her name and looks and live in peace. My heart breaks every time I see her sad, sad eyes.

I feel so badly for her. Actually, all his kids, but she seems the most vulnerable to me. It seems like she has no support system, and I feel like things aren’t going to turn out well for her

When the story was first posted she was on IG live making videos laughing saying the stories are not true. She was in a car what looked like to be a parking garage so I’m not sure the story is true.

I do wish the media would leave her alone. The number of photos appearing in the gutter press is ridiculous.
I can make no comment on the state of her personal mental health, but no one would be surprised if she was struggling. And have people seeking you out, goading you and following you for pictures cannot be a positive thing.

I checked her social media when Leaving Neverland was aired and she was laughing it off. It is also clear that a large part of her followers are MJ fans going by the amount of MJ defenders flocking to her comments. It was all very bizarre between her comments on how she was doing just fine, none of it is true then the PR stories about how she was worried these accusations would shut down her acting career, etc.

I’m saying that just because that wasn’t the start of the issues, it doesn’t mean that the movie couldn’t have triggered suicidal ideation at this time.

Had never seen what she looks like. She's lovely. I wish her peace and a good way for that to happen would be for her to move away and be out of the public eye. Also found that the ranch has significantly dropped in price recently, likely due to the fallout they thought would come w/the documentary: "Michael Jackson's former home is back on the market at a fraction of the price originally sought in 2015. According to The Wall Street Journal, the late pop star's Neverland Ranch has been listed for $31 million, or about 70% less than the original asking price of $100 million four years ago." www.cnn.com/2019/02/28/entertainment/michael-jackson-neverland-ranch-sale/index.html

TMZ might be wrong, but more often than not they are have been right. Either way, it can't be easy being Michael Jackson's child right now. You can't deny a public 911 call which resulted in an ambulance coming to your residence. You can't deny being admitted to the hospital. TMZ always fact checks. I'm sure they have paid informants at LA hospitals. She was only 10 years old when her father died, she didn't know him, yet would swear up and down he was innocent of the charges. She is finally having to see the light here. I feel sorry for her, she had a weird childhood. After Michael died she was raised by her now 88 year old grandmother. I doubt she could be that hands on. Her bio mother only came back into her life after her 1st suicide attempt. Then they had a falling out, Paris publicly said MJ said xyz about her mother yet her mother has a different story and is lying. But when her mother got cancer recently they reconnected. She's lost a child with no family. I mean she 50 extended relatives within the Jackson family, but not a close parental relationship which dozens aunts and uncles can't provide.

I do wish the media would leave her alone. The number of photos appearing in the gutter press is ridiculous. It's not the media's fault, she's made herself a public figure. We never hear about her brothers or Tom Cruise's kids who I would say are equal star level. While Paris is on magazine covers, acted in movies, has a modeling contract, and very active on social media commenting on every single issue - which real celebrities never do.

This is not the first time there have been mental illness issues with her. Her family situation is not the best. I haven’t watched the documentary but her fathers mental illness was on his face for everybody to see. His “love” of children was bizarre even as it was taking place. I don’t think the show should be blamed. The Jackson family is hardly a good support system. I am sorry for her though.
