950nancy, not sure if you're still looking for Wonder Woman dies, but today JoAnn has all their dies 40% off, plus free shipping for every order, no minimum. Not quite as good prices as Tuesday Morning, but I thought I'd let you know.

So I went to Tuesday morning on Friday afternoon around 4:15 and there was a sign on the door that said closing today at 4 pm. Really bummed because I called first and they did not have that on their answering machine. Was kind of a far drive.

Really bummed because I called first and they did not have that on their answering machine. Was kind of a far drive. Perhaps they were doing inventory. That happened to me last Thursday. I went to a TM that is 45 minutes away, and they were closed for inventory. No message on the phone, and they would not answer their phone, so I couldn't even ask how soon they expected to open. The sign said they were closed for the early part of the day, and it was around 1:00 when I arrived. I went to another TM, but they hadn't gotten much in the craft department, anyway. It was a very disappointing trip, even though I really don't need anything.

Thanks, that makes sense I guess. I understand needing to do inventory. I just wish they would have changed their voicemail. Because it was the Friday before Easter, I triple checked, calling twice, and checking their website. Everything looked good to go, so I went. Never expected to see a hand lettered sign on the door stating "closed."

The lady who works ONLY in the craft area at my closest store had to quit. It's a 4hr/wk gig probably making minimum wage essentially organizing the department. The manager thought of me and asked me if I'd be interested. It is perfect for me because I probably spend more than 4 hours a week just organizing my own craft space, lol. I would get to create my own schedule so I'd be able to work the shift on the weekend while my husband spends some time with the kids without me hovering. I fully admit that the money would go right back to them, but I already spend well over $100 a month there now...why not offset that (and get a small discount) by spending a few more hours a week there? I'm super tempted, but she'll probably fill the spot before I am able to take it. I have some life things happening that I have to take care of first, so I won't be able to entertain the prospect until July...but I am thinking of letting her know that if the position is still available or the person they hire doesn't work out, that I'd be interested in being a backup consideration.
It's not a great job or anything, but with my youngest nearing school age, it would be nice to dip my toes into working a scheduled job again. Being that it's only a few hours a week, I wouldn't have to worry about summer childcare. Who knows, if it worked out, I might learn some inside information to share, lol. My only concern would be that it would be awkward if it didn't work out because that's been my go to store for at least 5 years.

Has anyone seen any Crate Paper Wild Heart at their local TM yet? Yes--we have a few TMs and I've seen it at most of them. 6x8 paper pad sku: 2079212 That's the only item I got that still has the sticker ($2.99). I wish that ours would get the Crate La La Love line--I know it was at a few at the end of 2018--hoping it comes back. I love it even though it was valentine-y. Thank you!

I found full size (non pocket) 9x12 7paper (so 3 ring) page protectors at 2 stores today. They only got in that set. $2.19 for the pack of 10 and each of the 2 stores I stopped at got 3 packs in. This was also the first time they've gotten in the WRMK Design A style sets that weren't a variety pack. I bought all that I found (2 sets at one store and 3 at the other) because even though I have plenty for the next few years, they're getting really difficult to find and I want to make sure I have as much as possible to get me through.

TM shoppers, I am asking for help. Recently I found some Crafter's Companion dies at TM, but the one I want most was not there. Since it was available once at Amazon, but looks like it may have been discontinued, I am hoping it may show up at TM. I would really appreciate it if one of you do see it, please take a picture of the product ID number, and post it here, so I can see if there are any stores in my area that have it. This is what the die looks like, and the name: Sydney die from Australian collectionI know it's a long shot, but I figure it's worth asking. Thanks!

My sister told me this morning that the TM I shop at is closing. I told her it’s not April Fool’s day after uttering a few expletives to myself. I called and they are already beginning liquidation with 10% off and expect to be closed by mid July. I’m sad...this is the second somewhat local store to close and only leaves one in the state. I will not drive to that one as it’s not an area I’m familiar with and would have any other retro go to.

So today was delivery day at two of my stores and my vehicle was stuck in the garage because the roofers planted their ginormous trash truck right in the middle of my driveway. It has bothered me all day. I clearly have issues. I worked until 3 today, so I didn't have much time anyway, but it still bothered me. Must move it out of the garage before they get here tomorrow.
