I had such an extensive amount of scrapping supplies that I had accumulated over many years...and lost them all due to my house fire two years ago. I am finally able to get back into scrapping only to find that it is now very difficult to find all the supplies I want to replace. Michaels, Hobby Lobby, JoAnns and Tuesday Morning are near me, but I can't find a lot of what I want to replace. Things like brads, eyelets, tools, distress inks, rub-ons, those teeny tiny little balls you would stick on with double sided tape....you know, all the "old style" embellishments that used to be everywhere! I'm not a "sticker" user, but those are still abundantly available.
I find a few things, but the colors are limited. I had to go to three places yesterday just to find a corner rounder punch, and I can't seem to find more than one or two colors of the distress inks that I want.
I found a few of the sketches and idea books I wanted to replace on Amazon and Ebay.
So....where does everyone shop for scrapping supplies now? Its so frustrating to want to get back into action and now I can't find the things I want to use!

Scrapbook.com is my go-to 90% of the time. Amazon might have some things like the distress inks and the tools. ETSY has some things. You might reach out to an LSS that does shipping like Scrapping in the City or a local store if you have one. Good luck with your search.

aliexpress has brads for cheap. I know you didn't mention paper, but if you are needing everything in your stash, this is a cheaper way to build it up. I tend to be more of an old style scrapper too. If you aren't concerned with the newest releases, I really like scrapbooking-for-less.com/They are currently having a paper sale where some paper is 2 for $1.00. It is usually 2 for $1.20. 6x6 paper pads are typically $4.00. There's a lot of Echo Park pads with basic polka dots. Collection kits are $10.00. The brads on their site are usually themed and there's not much to choose from in that category. I think cats eye ink pads are pigment ink, but they had a good sale on them at scrapbooksteals.com yesterday. You can buy them under the previous sales tab. For sketches, you may want to try pinterest. Make boards for the number of photos per page. I know it isn't the same, but it's an alternative. My user name is pinterest87. I do a lot of 8.5x11, but I have a board called SB-sketches. Most of them aren't true sketches, but SB pages based on the number of photos. It's more of a visual. You can check out pagemaps on instagram.

There's www.paperissues.com . They have a lot of current lines. Tons of paper and embellishments. They don't have a lot of inks, but it's a good place to shop for paper, single sheets and pads, and embellishments in the current lines. You can use the code FRIENDS for 20% off. I also use scrapbook.com, and there you'll find current, plus inks.

Eyelet Outlet has a lot of brads as well as eyelets. Tools like the Crop-a-bile or Big Shot/kick are usually available at the big box stores and you can usually use a coupon. If you live anywhere near a place that has a scrapbook convention you should consider going. They have a good assortment of scrappy things and some vendors are clearing houses so you can find older items pretty cheap.

Another recommendation for Scrapbook.com and Eyelet Outlet. Are you close to a Stamp & Scrapbook Expo Convention location? I find there are often companies selling older lines at a discount and you can touch and look.

For paper and most embellishments I buy at A Cherry On Top which is an on line store. I also occassionally buy from Hip Kit. I buy what I like not the kit itself.
For adhesive, washi tape, and some embellishments I go between Michael's and Hobby Lobby.
Though I did get some adhesive on Amazon as its been cut from production and hard to find!

Some of the things you want to replace sound like the embellishments that crafters may have an abundance of in their stash but don't think they can sell or give away. You might want to post some "in search of" posts on the for sale board here or find out about de-stashing groups on Fbk. You might be able to find some of the exact older stash you loved and lost.
For rub-ons, tools, and distress products I would shop scrapbook.com or amazon.

I know that a lot of people aren't crazy about Simon Says Stamp (SSS), but that's generally where I buy most of my supplies. I'm in Canada though and it's the only place I can find decent shipping prices and coupons, not to mention that I haven't had to pay duty on anything I've ordered from them. And I'm just thinking out loud but before you go and start replacing things you had before, I would suggest maybe watching a couple of crafting videos on YouTube to see what things are current now. There are a lot of things I had in the past that I wonder why I bought them... and one of those things are rub-ons.

I second making a ISO post. At any time it seems like many of us are trying to downsize out stashes and would prefer it go to someone who will use it! I’m happy to look through my brads and eyelets and see what I have that I will not use and mail it to you.

Mostly, at ACOT. A few times I've picked up some things from Amazon. We had some wonderful scrapbook stores over the years; I even worked in one for a while, but there's nothing but Hobby Lobby and Michael's left now and they carry very little that I like.

I buy the most at ACOT (A Cherry on Top). I also buy at Amazon, Scrapbook.com, StarlitStudio.com, and Felicity Jane (I dropped the kit, but still like to buy occasionally).
You could also plan a road trip to a LSS or two.

Do you have Hobby Lobby near you? They still have a TON of the older style embellishments in their Paper Studio line, just like the ones Making Memories used to have. Another option is Oriental Trading, they have a ton of stuff too. Garage sales and scrappy rummage sales are also great places to find scrap stuff that people are purging, one person’s trash is another person’s treasure! Look online for people selling off stuff on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist or Nextdoor.

I order online from all of the following:
Scrapbook.com Scrapyourtrip.com peachycheap.com ebay amazon
I shop at Hobby Lobby, CKC and Scrapbook Expo.
And then there are always enablers here who post good deals that lead me to purchase things I like, haha!

Scrapbook.com Paper Issues My Little Scrapbook Store.com (Mostly for Cocoa Vanilla Studio) MAYBE A Cherry on Top, or other random online stores, if there others don't have what I'm looking for.
My LSS, Tuesday Morning, or Scrapbook Expo/Great American Scrapbook Convention.

I buy online from Scrapbook.com and A Cherry on Top. I usually prefer Scrapbook.com because I like their site better and the customer service is great.
Tuesday Morning is the only brick and mortar place I buy scrap supplies. I might occasionally get a paper pad from Michael's but for the most part I find Michael's and Hobby Lobby pretty dated. I do agree that Hobby Lobby has some of the more old school supplies you are looking for.
For eyelets and stuff like that I agree that you might try buy and trade boards. A lot of people have stuff they are trying to downsize.
I love my stash. I'm constantly purging it, but I find some really neat stuff in there that I've forgotten about. Let me go through my old stuff and see if there is anything in there you may want.

I did find a decent selection of brads relatively recently at Michaels, but they were hard to spot. I only found them because I was looking for them. Eyelets might be harder to find, but I always see them available when I go to one of the conventions, along with other items that aren't as trendy. One of the bigger conventions would definitely be worth visiting. They have old stuff, new stuff, and stuff you'll never find anywhere else.
You should be able to find brads at a sewing store, but the colors and sizes are probably limited.
I've been scrapping for more than 20 years, and I am not sure what the "teeny tiny ball things that you stick on with double sticky tape," are, unless you are referring to micro beads. Micro beads are definitely teeny tiny ball things. You should be able to find those at a stamp store or at a convention. I've found some in the past at Michaels, some at Tuesday Morning, and some at convention. I use micro beads for shaker cards. "Prills" are similar but are varying sized teeny tiny ball things that I use for the center of my hand made flowers. Heartfelt Creations sells prills, but they are a stamp company. I buy prills from Heartfelt Creations at convention or online.
Tuesday Morning often has scrapping/craft tools, along with a lot of papers and embellishments, but you have to get there as soon after they put out new stock as possible. The eBayers reportedly go to Tuesday Morning right after they put out the new stock, so craft stuff may be gone before the weekend. Ask what day they get their shipment, and how soon they have it out. I have found some great goodies at one particular Tuesday Morning, which is a 25 minute drive. I learned that store has their weekly shipment on the shelves by late Wednesday afternoon or Thursday Morning. They are near Costco, where I do a lot of my grocery shopping, so I have made Thursday morning my shopping day ahd pay Tuesday Morning and Costco a visit weekly. Some weeks are disappointing. Some are great.
Also, not all Tuesday Morning stores get the good craft stuff. It helps to visit the different stores, if you have more than one in your area. I live a 20 to 25 minute drive to the nearest 3 Tuesday Mornings. I have figured out which one gets more craft stuff, and which one is simply not worth my time because they rarely have anything good. The closest one sometimes gets good stuff, but it is hit or miss. I live a bit out in the country, but near the DFW area. I have figured out where every Tuesday Morning is that is within driving distance, and which ones are kind of near other places that I go once in a rare while. If I am going someplace that is anywhere near Tuesday Morning, I try to stop by. It has occasionally paid off.
Someone suggested a road trip. That is definitely an option you should consider. There is a master list of LSS here, and they are divided by areas. I have no LSS near me. There is one really good LSS 1.25 hours away, one almost as good an hour or so away, and two small LSS about 45 minutes away, and all are in different directions. None of them are convenient. I have made it to the best two LSS only once in the 2+ years that I have lived here. However, my DD, who lives 23 hours away, has a great LSS in her area, so when I visit her, I make a point to go shop there if I can. I visit my DD two or three times a year, so I shop at her LSS more than I shop at the ones within driving distance in my area.
Amazon or an online LSS is my other option.
I hope you can rebuild your stash. Losing it all to a fire really stinks.

Scrapbook.com & Tuesday Morning are my go to shops.
If I can't find something I'm really searching for, I can usually find it from Ebay or Amazon.

Eyelet outlet also sells brads if I'm not mistaken.
I shop online mostly from Scrapbook Generation. I love their sketchbooks, but I also subscribe to kits they have.

Try craigslist. I see people selling off stash frequently. Such as mom just died.....selling her craft room supplies. I saw a cricut explore air 2 for $ 50.00 once. Also checkout Facebook marketplace in the craft section. People sell off their stuff there. I saw someone selling her Copic markers there once. It turned out to be a good deal per marker that was gently used. Check eBay. People sell off craft stuff in lots. Those usually are reasonable. Good luck in your search. If your patient enough, you can score some good deals out there.

I just bought eyelets from AliExpress. I like to top my tags with eyelets. They had a ton of different ones to choose from. I also shop Tuesday Morning, I love the page kits I can get from there. On occasion I will shop Hobby Lobby or Michaels. I find Joann and AC Moore don't have much of what I am looking for anymore.

I can't find a lot of what I want to replace I do not know if you are on facebook but I am on a facebook group called scrapbook deals, and people are selling all kinds of stuff for cheap prices. I have purchased all kinds of stuff from at least 3 of the sellers.
