When the theme you've been waiting for, finally exists, but you hate the colors... I also thought the same thing about the Echo Park Mom line with the minivans. It's not the pink (because a paper line for women can't not have pink in it, the world would end...) it's the whole color scheme together. There needed to be more neutrals in there. But finally a line just about scrapping, yay. Photoplay: You Had Me at Paper
Anyone else? That being said, the entire Heidi Swapp Wolf line just jumped into my cart. My DD LOVES wolves, and we camp every summer...

It's not even the colors that are getting me with this line, it's how busy the papers seem to be. I think if you used them as layers and used a more neutral paper as the background I could work with them.

Are we talking about the PhotoPlay You Had me at Paper collection here? Busy, yes, but over half of the papers have plainer B sides that coordinate, so very workable. I love the cut aparts and the smaller phrases. Really want the stamps and matching dies.

It's in my cart for use with my grandson. I think it's versatile enough to be perfect for a pre-teen boy. I will use a lot of B sides.

The papers are WAY too busy for my taste, but I like the cut aparts and the stickers. I would definitely use those.

the Photo Play line is a bit busy for me and I don't scrap about scrapping but I'm loving the Wolf line - thanks for pointing it out to me.

I guess I don't scrap socially enough to have my scrapbook hobby to scrap about. I don't go to crops, or have irl scrap friends. No one cares that I scrapbook but me.
The paper doesn't really speak to me, but what do I know?

Okay, so I think it's a solid color palette (meaning the colors go well with each other)...but that's a color palette I would associate with 'a pop of color in home decor' if that makes sense...like an abstract painting or something, not so much colors that I'd scrapbook with because they aren't colors that would work with my need to try and coordinate paper with some of the colors in the photos. They are really bright and vibrant and I think they were smart to add the black to tone it down, but still...I don't see myself using neonish colors in my scrapbooking.

I bought the You Had Me At Paper 12x12 pack AND the 6x6 Wolf Pack paper pad (because the 12x12 was sold out but I think the 6x6 will be more useful to me.) I like the Photo Play bright colors. I’m hopeless. I do not like the I Am Mom line. To cheesy/stereotypical for me.

I love the Wolf Pack paper! Might be getting a bit of that one - probably the 6x6 pad at least.
I don't like anything at all about the "You Had Me at Paper" line - I think the colors are way too bright and clash-y, the patterns are too busy for my taste, and overall it's just too theme-y for me. I don't scrap about scrapbooking, so I wouldn't use it.

I'm giving it a hard look, but undecided about it still.

I like bright colors, but I think this line is really too busy. To the point of being childish, like a Kindergarten line. There are definitely pieces I'd use like the dies and stamps, a few of the cut apart JCs, and some of the sticker elements. The papers would definitely need to be layered with some neutral based items. Of course, I'd love to see how a designer uses this line that may totally make me change my mind.
