I just saw this on Facebook and I'm impressed. I didn't notice anything wrong with my alpha stickers but I love that Citrus Twist is being proactive and sending everyone (not just complaining customers) a new set. This month's CT kit isn't my favorite (I'm not a coffee drinker) but I do think their customer service is outstanding.

I thought that was really nice too. I am a coffee drinker and this month's kit wasn't my favorite either. Not 100% sure why. I felt like the puffy stickers' color was off & it annoys me. I'm hoping I love May. I've adored the other kits I've received. Fingers crossed this was a bit of a fluke.

She’s done this with several defective products. Last year she gave a free alpha stamp with all new subscriptions which just happened to coincide with her new website-meaning all subscriptions were new! It wasn’t until I got a new set that I realized the original stamp set was missing the V! Lol
Trina is the real deal for sure. I miss the customer service, but the kids just weren’t me anymore.

That is SO great to hear. So glad to know there are companies who do it right. We have so many examples of companies who have no idea how to treat customers well. But CT seems to completely get it!

I love that she’s being proactive on this. I don’t sub but I’ve bought several kits and it’s always nice to know my money is going to a company that has great CS.
