Following the ridiculous tweet when he had the brass neck to offer advice to the trained Parisian firefighters, here are some hilarious responses. ~Link~

Firesplaining. My new favorite. I was surprised no one mentioned that the cathedral should have been raked to prevent it.

I love that the only tweet in English from the Securite Civile addressed this suggestion.

The man just doesn't know when to end a tweet. He almost always goes one sentence too far. Had he simple said "So horrible to watch the fires at Notre Dame Catheral" and just ended it with that - it would have been so much better but noooooo...he must add guidance on how they should put out the fire. Too bad he didn't think it was horrible when Paradise, CA was on fire

I scrolled too quickly and entirely missed page two! I went back to read (thank goodness) and am now trying to decide between firesplaining and a team of Russian hookers. People knock Twitter, but it often brings me great joy.

I had a good rant to my DH last night about that. I came up with "firesplaining" and "Trumpsplaining", and a few more unprintable epithets. The man is beyond an embarrassment. Please, can't someone just take his Twitter away from him?

My fav was the suggestion to use Russian prostitutes. Golden showers to the rescue via The Donald.

I mean, the raking joke tweet is perfection when you know that the French affectionately nicknamed the elaborate wood frame structure in the roof that burned down "the forest."

That tweets is pretty tame compared to what he rambled at a town hall meeting in Minnesota when he called Notre Dame a museum.......I don't know whether to laugh or cry....I'm beginning to feel sorry for him that he can't see himself in the same way others see him. How can anyone live in such oblivion? I can't seem to link the video but here is what he says. ( it's even worse reading it than listening to it) LINKPRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: I've been in communication with France. They're having a terrible, terrible fire that you probably saw -- some of you have heard, some of you have not because you've been here -- but I will tell you the fire they're having at the Notre Dame cathedral is something like few people have witnessed. When we left, we had a whole group of your great representatives, and when we left [Air Force One] it was burning at a level that you rarely see a fire burn.
It is one of the great treasures of the world, the greatest arts in the world. If you think about it, it might be greater than almost any museum in the world and it is burning very badly. It looks like it is burning to the ground. So, so, that puts a damper on what we're about to say, to be honest, because that is beyond countries, it is beyond anything. That is part of our growing up, it is a part of our culture, it is part of our lives. That is a truly great cathedral, and I've been there, and I've seen it, and there is no cathedral, I think, like it. It is a terrible scene.
And they think it was caused by -- at this moment, they don't know. But they think it was caused by renovation, and I hope that's the reason. Renovation, what's that all about?
It is a terrible sight to behold.

I didn't see my favorite on the list.
"Can you please teach us how to put a fire out? We French have no clue. We're currently blowing on it but it doesn't work. Please help us o mighty world ruler."

Sometimes I'd wonder in the early days how we'd manage through our day-to-day under a president like Trump. But this. This right here. His ridiculous tweets and our childish retorts are what keep me going. If I couldn't laugh to cope, I'd probably cry. Ahh his tweets can be such gifts.

And I know he is an embarrassment, but I take that as him talking about the great art in the cathedral and comparing it to art in a museum, not that he thinks the cathedral is a museum.
