I got a flier for this today and was curious. It touts a nutritionally balanced meal plan with various flexible needs (gluten free or diabetic or menopause) and is fully prepared and ready to eat. Most likely, it would be like buying a bunch of Lean Cuisine or other frozen meals from the grocery store but I guess these are fresh prepared-not frozen. I don't have a problem with cooking so much as it would be really nice to have a few weeks of meals that you just don't have to think about at all. Just eat and you know you are having a controlled nutritionally balanced diet.
There is no way to see the individual meal's nutritional content without first placing an order and it doesn't appear to be set up so you can skip weeks like other programs. It just seems to hold back information that I would want to know before I ever game them my name and especially credit card to order.
I'm doing okay on my own with whole foods and around 1100 to 1300 calories but like I said, it would be nice to not have to think about it too much (my problem is I have a vegan child at home so this makes cooking and meals with lower carbs very difficult so I am making multiple main dishes usually).
