I'm heading to Las Vegas tomorrow with a co-worker. We get in at 7am and are heading down south. The work site has very limited lunch options, so we had the bright idea to stop and pick up some sandwiches or some sort of brown bag, carry out lunch for ourselves.
Parameters:. Between McCarran airport and the California border - sooth along the 15, Henderson, Primm, area. Open around 7:30-8:30 and tasty take-away food. We will have access to microwave and fridge once we get to the plant.
Suggestions??

There are a couple of casinos that will have food. Also right at the border is a 7-11 type store (they sell lottery tickets to all the nevadians. Lol). ETA- Best bet will be to find something before you leave the Vegas/Henderson city limits. ETA#2 - at that early time, I may even stop at a restaurant (casino or not) and see if they can make a non-breakfast dish for you to take out.

Option#1 is the gas station/convenience store just past the car rental lot. Maybe we'll stop at Denny's for breakfast and get a to go lunch from there...

I believe all those gas stations have a Subway sandwich shop, at minimum. The gas stations are geared towards truckers, so even the packaged food isn’t bad.

There are some kiosks at the airport that have salads and veggies, etc that I often get before I get on a flight. Maybe one will be open?
Otherwise, there is a Whole Foods near the intersection of 15 and 215, not far from the airport at all.
Another choice would be stop at a Starbucks and pick up some of their premade meals (I get a protein box but they have salads and sandwiches too). There's a free standing Starbucks near the Smith Center and Premium Outlets (MLK drive exit I think)

There are restaurants in Primm, including fast food. You might want to take a look at what they have. I've always thought Primm exists to try and catch people who can't wait to gamble and people who think they can stop and win their money back.
