I have sore spot on the roof of my mouth behind a top canine tooth. It is making it really unpleasant to eat (especially anything crunchy because it pokes that spot). Whine whine whine, how do I get it to go away?

Do you have a Waterpik? If I get one of those from being jabbed with a tortilla chip I usually use the WaterPik and rinse really well with Listerine. Seems to help.

One 8 ounce glass of warm water, add 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp baking soda. Stir to mix. Swish and spit it out a few times a day.

Put some salt in a 4 oz glass of warm water. I think 1/2 tsp will be enough. Rinse with this 3=5 times per day and the sore spot should heal up in a day or two.

All of the above!!
Seriously, it really depends on what is causing the sore in the first place.
