I agree with most of those listed so far. But there are some that I have no idea who they are so I can't really say.

Ray Liotta
John Lithgow (after he was on Dexter) James Cromwell
DH and I say if there is a show that needs a creepy old guy these days it's going to be one of those two... and most of the time it is!

The surgeon who worked on Courtney Cox should be shot. She was a beautiful woman and she looks awful!

Willem Dafoe. Christopher Walken. Glenn Close. Old Donald Sutherland. Gary Busey. But above them, Jake Busey (Gary Busey's son) Dang - he is the spitting image of his dad. Never even knew he had a son, probably because I am not a celebrity follower.

I know you asked for actors, but I have a couple actresses, Shelly DuVal (and Jack Nicholson, The Shining) and Kathy Bates.
I agree with Peabay about those with plastic surgery. Courtney Cox and the lady next door to her in the show "Cougar Town". The neighbor looks "odd" to me, and I think it's the plastic surgery. My teen daughter commented that so many actresses look older because of their plastic surgery instead of the younger look they are going after.

No actors bug me - I actually think Steve Buscemi is sexy. But I have trouble looking at any actors who have had obvious plastic surgery. Courteney Cox is a prime example - anyone with the obviously enlarged lips and the restylane/juvaderm fillers and tons of Botox gives me the creeps. And I can't enjoy what they're doing because I'm so obsessed with their faces and how they sort of look like themselves, but not really and sort of plastic too. I'm weirded out by obvious plastic surgery, especially when I think they were good looking before they got it done. I'm focused on their new look and not their performance. I'm always wondering why they did it and if they realize that they don't look good anymore.

Tom Cruise. Always felt there was something "off" about him, even while everyone else was gaga for him in Risky Business and Top Gun, he always weirded me out. My dh says it's because I have a highly developed "faker" radar.
Nicholas Cage. Won't watch ANYTHING with him in it. His voice also realllly creeps me out. It's what I call a child molester voice.
Jack NIcholson. Recently on slate.com's advice column, someone asked about blackmailing a former lover who is a celebrity who had a sexual worm fetish. After the "WTAF?" moment, I immediatelly said, "Jack Nicholson!"
Jim Carrey. Never thought he was funny. Just something....manic or offcenter about him that makes me think I wouldn't be surprised if one day he went down the street cutting people with a straight razor while laughing hysterically.

Horrible plastic surgery and "upgrades" are just too much of a distraction. Though I can say that I literally could not watch the actress from American Horror Story Asylum - cannot recall her name as I only saw a few episodes but her appearance just creeped me out to no end. I am not familiar with her therefore I couldn't imagine her any other way.

Don't let John Barrowman's partner Scott Gill hear your friend say that!! They have been together 22 years and recently got married in California when the law changed there but from what he says in interviews in the UK I gather they can still get jealous!!
