Lmao I know people like this, but it’s not me.
My Ex was the one with all the decorative stuff. I’m in the craft store for crafting supplies, paper, beads, paint, adhesive, etc., his opinion would have been useless. I want to go to the craft store ALONE! Maybe DD. Rare occasion maybe DS. But not the husband.
Bowls filled with balls for the shelf by the TV would be all him and I’d be the one with the glue gun. Why buy balls & bowls to put by the TV? That’s just something else to dust? I’m only going to have to argue with you wether I’ve dusted them or not, why go there at all?

I didn't find it all that funny. To be fair, I was expecting a craft store rendition of 'trapped in the closet' so I was already let down when I realized that that wasn't what it was going to be, lol.
ETA: I also question its authenticity because there was no coupon discussions and that's like THE biggest thing for craft stores...all about those coupons. I will totally go from one store to another because I know the item is marked higher and don't want to pay the extra buck for the same thing. I also just bought a bunch of Distress Oxides...they are a buck less online at Joann's so I bought them for in store pick up because that was a 50 cents per pad savings. Then I bought more that weren't available for in store pick up (why risk them overselling from the warehouse if I know my store has them in stock now?). Usually if I drag my husband with me, it is solely to have an extra body for another coupon.  |

I have never ever asked my husband to go to the craft store with me. Almost every husband/boyfriend I have seen in the craft store following his spouse looks miserable or is whining about getting out. My husband doesn't ask me to watch football. Win-win.

Hilarious! I have drug my DH with me quite a few times, but either b/c I need his body for a coupon, or we are already in town running other errands and I need to stop in. He is never happy about it, but as long as I keep it quickish he doesn't whine toooooo much. 🤣
