Hurts the head, doesn't it? I've been wondering if we all get physical pains in the same spot in our heads when we read his words. Years later it may be a clinical type of headache referred to as Trump Syndrome. It’s just above my left eye. My right temple. I clench my jaw, it's an auto-react to his words, and the pain radiates up.

There's more..... And I heard, but cannot find his whole press thing today.... We, the US, are holding thousands of ISIS prisoners. dt, says he will release the ISIS prisoners into the countries where they come from, Germany, France etc, if they don't take them.
But he won't take back the young ISIS wife ........

MSNBC... ”New polls show Trump has a lower average approval rating than all presidents since 1938.” And another first for a modern President! But 43% is still too high. It shocks me that it's that high. Insofar as I am still capable of being shocked.

Speaking of Greenland and the PM...It is the way he talks to our citizens all the time! He is calling the Jewish Community disloyal if they vote democratic... Um, disloyal to what, certainly NOT the United States.... Oh maybe to dt?!?! And that is ok? The rest of the list is too long to type out again!

I can honestly say that at this point I am usually cracking up at him and his stupid followers. They have all become hilariously funny to me. There is nothing I can do about it so I have to laugh to save my sanity.
Americans are fickle and just love to build movie stars, politicians etc up to idol levels and then love tearing them down when they fall. My hope is that will happen in the next election when everyone is sick of his shit. It is starting to be repetitious and is boring everyone. Same shit over and over again. The public has a short attention span and should be wanting some new entertainment by now.

He is such a liar...
trump
“The Legendary Henry Ford and Alfred P. Sloan, the Founders of Ford Motor Company and General Motors, are “rolling over” at the weakness of current car company executives willing to spend more money on a car that is not as safe or good, and cost $3,000 more to consumers. Crazy!”
”Henry Ford would be very disappointed if he saw his modern-day descendants wanting to build a much more expensive car, that is far less safe and doesn’t work as well, because execs don’t want to fight California regulators. Car companies should know....”
”....that when this Administration’s alternative is no longer available, California will squeeze them to a point of business ruin. Only reason California is now talking to them is because the Feds are giving a far better alternative, which is much better for consumers!”
Vox...
“That put California and the federal government on a collision course, with car manufacturers in the middle. California is the largest market for new cars in the United States, so it’s impossible for carmakers to ignore. Another 12 states and the District of Columbia have also adopted California’s vehicle emissions standards.
So auto companies were faced with the prospect of having two very different standards to meet across the country, or having to wait for the dust to settle from what was sure to be a long, messy legal fight.
To justify the rollback, the Trump administration has cited safety as its main concern. The reasoning is that new cars are safer than old cars, but forcing carmakers to meet tougher efficiency rules makes new cars more expensive. That means people end up driving their older, less safe cars for longer, according to the EPA’s published analysis.
The EPA publicly said the Trump rule change would save 1,000 lives per year, but an internal email from staffers obtained by the Associated Press showed that they expected the revision to actually increase highway deaths by 17 per year, undermining the EPA’s bizarre rationale.
Increasing fuel economy is an important tool for limiting air pollution and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The transportation sector is now the largest source of carbon dioxide in the United States. Cars and trucks account for about 20 percent of all US carbon emissions.
So why is the Trump administration so insistent on relaxing a regulation beyond what the auto industry wants? Because oil producers want cars and trucks to use more fuel. As the New York Times reported in December, oil companies see higher fuel efficiency standards as a threat:

More on birthright: Trump again says he's looking 'seriously' at birthright citizenship despite 14th AmendmentBy Paul LeBlanc Aug 21, 2019 ** Speaking with Axios in 2018, Trump said he would end birthright citizenship through an executive order, though he did not provide a timeline for doing so. "We're the only country in the world where a person comes in and has a baby, and the baby is essentially a citizen of the United States for 85 years with all of those benefits," he said. "It's ridiculous. It's ridiculous. And it has to end." In fact, more than 30 countries around the world have birthright citizenshipThe comments were met with immediate pushback from lawmakers, including then-House Speaker Paul Ryan, a Wisconsin Republican, who told a Kentucky radio station that "you cannot end birthright citizenship with an executive order." ** www.cnn.com/2019/08/21/politics/trump-birthright-citizenship-14th-amendment/index.htmlThis mess has to end!!

It never fucking ends. Now he says he wanted to give himself the Congressional Medal of Honor but his aides talked him out of it. This is from Corporal Bone Spurs and his 5 deferments. The people who get the CMOH are heroes. It would be a tremendous insult if he were to give himself one. He has lost his damn mind. Please excuse my language. Another stupid idea

Some one was not telling the truth!! ** The Trump administration announced Wednesday that the U.S. economy actually created about 500,000 fewer jobs over 2018 and early 2019 than was initially reported, reportedly the largest revision of economic numbers in a decade.A report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) found that 501,000 fewer non-farm jobs were created in 2018 and the first three months of 2019, with the biggest revisions occurring in the retail, business services and hospitality sectors. Economist Greg Daco of Oxford Economics wrote in tweets Wednesday morning that the revision was BLS' largest since 2009 and predicted that job growth will slow in the months ahead. "New data reveals slower employment growth (we extrapolated revisions) going into 2020. Maturing #labor market will mean less job growth going forward," he wrote. ** thehill.com/policy/finance/458354-federal-analysis-economy-created-half-a-million-fewer-jobs-than-was-reported

Yeah, I use them too. They have dn near become a necessary evil. Even the "young kids" I know that are so against that obscene wealth and privilege without having to pay taxes or a decent wage that they obviously could, use/order from them. They basically want them to have to be held accountable to the same rules and the rest of us. And ideally wish they (he) would do more good with his extreme ridiculous privilege. A couple kids have worked for Amazon center near here and I'll just say for a company with all the $ in the world, it isn't a fun place to work, bordering on cruel. Cruel may be a strong word, conjuring up harm, but at best they are unkind in withholding bathroom breaks etc and treating people more like tools than humans not to mention just skirting the law withholding just enough hours to avoid paying benefits. If the richest among us do the least for people and contribute the least to society, it's just wrong. Not nice to say the least.

President Donald Trump claimed to laughter on Wednesday that he sought to give himself a Medal of Honor, but decided not to after being counseled against the move by aides.
The offhand remark from the president came during his address to the 75th annual national convention of American Veterans, a volunteer-led veterans service organization also known as AMVETS.
At the event in Louisville, Kentucky, Trump singled out for praise WWII veteran and Medal of Honor recipient Woody Williams.
“Thank you, Woody. You’re looking good, Woody. Woody’s looking good,” Trump said.
“That was a big day, Medal of Honor. Nothing like the Medal of Honor,” he continued. “I wanted one, but they told me I don't qualify, Woody. I said, 'Can I give it to myself anyway?' They said, 'I don't think that's a good idea.'”
Amid scattered chuckles, Trump concluded: “Great, great people. These are great, great men and women that get congressional Medal of Honor. Thank you, Woody.”
The president’s assessment that he should receive the nation’s highest award for acts of military valor followed his statement earlier Wednesday afternoon that he is “the chosen one” in relation to his administration’s trade conflict with China — a proclamation he turned to the sky to deliver.
Trump never served in the military and was granted five draft deferments — four for college and one for bone spurs in his heel.

oh, but when they start talking about it, he'll say it was a joke. Because his audience laughed at it, it was a joke and he didn't really 'mean' it. (what else would his captive audience do? if the emperor made a joke, however lame it was, the audience HAD to laugh- or be beheaded!) That's his standard answer when he gets called out on his BS-- it was a joke, people! I wasn't serious!
He didn't really want to be President, he wanted to be a popular, high-ratings, late-night TV comedian.
On a related note, I think the fact that he got laughed AT (from around the world) about the buying-Greenland stupidity is why he cancelled his trip. He doesn't like that a *woman* made him look stupid and foolish, and he's all butt-hurt about that.

”China Hits U.S. With Higher Tariffs on Soybeans, Cars, Oil
August 23, 2019, 4:03 AM PDT Updated on August 23, 2019, 6:34 AM PDT
Retaliation to take effect in two stages in Sept. and Dec. Will resume 25% tariffs on U.S. automobiles from Dec. 15
China announced plans to impose additional tariffs on $75 billion of American goods including soybeans, automobiles and oil, with the retaliation for President Donald Trump’s latest planned levies on Chinese imports sending U.S. stock futures tumbling.
Some of the countermeasures will take effect starting Sept. 1, while the rest will come into effect from Dec. 15, according to the announcement from the Finance Ministry. This mirrors the timetable the U.S. has laid out for 10% tariffs on nearly $300 billion of Chinese shipments.
An extra 5% tariff will be put on American soybeans and crude-oil imports starting next month. The resumption of a suspended extra 25% duty on U.S. cars will resume Dec. 15, with another 10% on top for some vehicles. With existing general duties on autos taken into account, the total tariff charged on U.S. made cars would be as high as 50%.
Among automakers, Tesla Inc. and Germany’s Daimler AG and BMW AG are the most vulnerable to the additional levies. Shares of the two German companies fell at least 2% in Frankfurt, while Tesla fell in premarket trading in New York.
BMW and Daimler ship large numbers of sport utility vehicles from plants in the U.S. to China, while Tesla doesn’t yet make its electric cars in the country. Six of the top ten vehicles exported from the U.S. to the world’s biggest car market are from the two German brands, according to forecaster LMC Automotive.

”better off without them. The vast amounts of money made and stolen by China from the United States, year after year, for decades, will and must STOP. Our great American companies are hereby ordered to immediately start looking for an alternative to China, including bringing..”
“your companies HOME and making your products in the USA. I will be responding to China’s Tariffs this afternoon. This is a GREAT opportunity for the United States. Also, I am ordering all carriers, including Fed Ex, Amazon, UPS and the Post Office, to SEARCH FOR & REFUSE,....
“all deliveries of Fentanyl from China (or anywhere else!). Fentanyl kills 100,000 Americans a year. President Xi said this would stop - it didn’t. Our Economy, because of our gains in the last 2 1/2 years, is MUCH larger than that of China. We will keep it that way!”
Did dimwit donnie actually think China would do nothing about the tariff’s leveled by the US against their products? He’s that dumb?

There is NO WAY that, on a whim and at the directive of a Twitter tantrum from DT, American companies can step into the void HE created with his tariff nonsense. Companies have 1 year, 5 year, and 10 year plans. They can't start churning out products at the drop of a hat. But Donnie Dimwit doesn't know anything about economics. We don't need China?!?!?
