I had picked up some of Paige Evan's Horizon & Shimelle's Sparkle City at Joann's on sale. But they didn't have "everything" & for the first time in a looooooong time, I wanted to "have it all." I looked on scrapbook.com to fill in the gaps & fortunately it was also on sale there. I knew I wasn't going to be able to use it for awhile since I have company coming, so thought it would probably arrive about the time they leave or after. I place my order at about 9 p.m. on Thursday & received it at noon today- Monday. WHAT? WOW! That beats everyone, including Amazon Prime! We live in the country, so our deliveries are usually a couple of days more than advertised by most companies. I am a very happy girl & they will be my go-to from now on. (Are you reading this Simon Says Stamps?)

They can be fast. In fact they have been fast all but once for me. That once was a week - not bad either - I don’t remember the reason but it was a valid reason.

It's been a few years since I ordered from them. I also live in a small town and rarely get Prime items from Amazon in 2 days.
ETA: I have one item that is set up to come every 2 months. Item "ordered" on 07/17, and it got here today.

I’ve always had really fast shipping with them. My order is usually processed and shipped the next day. Since they’re in Arizona and I’m in Southern California my orders are always here within a few days

I'm really disappointed to read this because now you're all going to shop there and the stuff I want is more likely to be out of stock

Fast shipping, cheap international shipping and very good CS too. Once I had a very poorly cut Crate paper Chipboard sheet. I sent them a photo and they just sent me a brand new one. I have nothing but love for SB.com.

I love scrapbook.com not just because of the speedy shipping, but because all of my favorite brands are almost always on sale. I live in PA an my orders usually arrive in about 3 days. I have ordered from them as well as SSS on the same day and I often have their order before SSS even ships. Even if SSS ships only a day or two after ordering, it still takes forever to get even though they are only 'next door' in Ohio. This makes me buy things from SB that SSS carries more often than not.

I placed an order the day Sb.com got the new Field Trip collection. It shipped 24th July and it arrived at my house in Melbourne, Australia TODAY. Sorry, but I have to share my excitement at how FAST that is from the U.S. It was less than a weel from them to me...super impressed. Especially for the shipping cost...I bought a heap of stuff it came in a massive box and shipping was $23! I got Shimelle Field Trip (still need to order the missing embellishments), Shimelle Sparkle City (I has passed previously but decided I needed some of it), I got some Simple Stories Take a Hike because it is adorable (we don't really camp but we got on lots of nature walks/hikes) and I got a few Halloween goodies I knew might sell out early. I cannot reccomend Sb.com enough.

Curious if any Canadians have thoughts on shipping and duty costs from here. I order from SSS even though they are slow because I’ve never been hit with extra customs/duty charges from them but have run into hefty extra charges when receiving orders from other small companies for the same type of products.

I had a screwed up Dear Lizzy die cut package from Scrapbook.com once. I emailed them and I had a new package within a couple of days. I love them. I'm eagerly looking forward to the box I just ordered from them. I hope it comes today!

I'm from Canada and have ordered from sb.com never been hit with customs charges but I only order a couple of times per year because of the exchange. Usually I wait and the stuff I want hits my Canadian online store, just usually later.

Nice to have options!

Treasuredmemories.ca or scrapbooknerd.com or scrapshotz.com
All are good but the first one has the best shipping rates

Damn, that is crazy fast. My order from Cherry on Top that was sent on Monday won’t be here until the 13th!!! That is over 2 weeks. I could drive myself to the store and back in less time.
I wish Scrapbook.com did preorders. I hate buying only bits and pieces from various stores because they sell out before I can shop.

I placed an order on Sunday and didn’t get it until today (Wednesday.) I think that’s the longest it’s ever taken. I was concerned enough that I went online this afternoon to check the status to see if it shipped or if there was something that I had to wait for before it shipped.

They send packages out quickly. The shipping is another story. I am in Canada. I placed an order 8 days ago. I received an email the same day, saying that my parcel had been shipped. Today's update says that my parcel is now leaving the US. It apparently had a nice holiday in California. Chris

Hopefully, my parcel will come home soon. Parcels from Britain seem to get to Canada quickly.
I think that I need to stop looking at the updates. I want to go to England!

My parcel arrived today.
It took two weeks to get to me here in Canada. That is OK with me, considering that scrapbook.com has no control over the postal service. The box was packed on the day of my order.
That makes me happy.
PS Crate Paper's "Hey Pumpkin" line is very cute!
