Oh I Googled some of The Office bloopers and got to laughing so hard. I sure miss that show, mostly the ones that Michael was still on.. after that it wasn't quite the same.. but dang I can watch it over and over again and just laugh my butt off.
What shows do you REALLY miss..

We missed it all the first time around, DH and I are watching some episodes every night. We're up to season 5 I think, Jim just bought Pam a house. My favorite prank so far is when Jim conditioned Dwight to expect a mint every time he heard a specific sound from Jim's computer. I laughed so hard I had an asthma attack. ETA: LOL I didn't answer your question!! HA!! I really miss Firefly and Buffy.

Yes! I recently rewatched the whole series, but did it with my DD's. My 12yo is addicted and has a t-shirt, keeps watching bloopers on youtube, learned how to play the intro-song on piano and quotes it every day. I don't mind at all! Love The Office. It's one of those shows where you can just watch any episode, at any time, and it feels like home. It will never get old.
Did you hear about the documentary they are making? I think it's the 15th anniversary of the first episode airing, and cast and crew are talking about being on the show, but also how it grew into a massive success over the years even though it didn't have that many viewers first time around.

We watch the reruns on the comedy channel. The come on around dinner a few night a week, and all morning Saturday and Sunday.

I was watching The Office over the weekend and it was the episode where Kathy Bates came in as the head of Sabre
Michael said "I feel sorry for people who say 'getting fired is the best think that ever happened to them' - Ick, Bleck - that is the BEST thing that has happened to you? Your life must really be awful if that is the BEST that has happened to you"
I loved that show but agree, it just lost some of its charm when Michael left. He could be odd and annoying but at the same time he was so lovable and sweet.

Have you watched the original British one with Ricky Gervais? Personally I don’t find the American one very funny, but if you need a fix, I can recommend it.

I miss "The Office" too - it is my happy show.
I do have a controversial opinion, in that I don't believe it should be rebooted. The finale was pretty perfect in my opinion.
I do miss "Alias," especially the storylines of the first few seasons. JJ Abrams is a genius, with a touch of ADD, in my opinion. He starts these really great shows, gets bored and moves onto his new project before finishing the first one. I'm hopeful that Star Wars is still in the "new project" phase for him.

I couldn't get into it. And I felt the same but opposite.. I didn't find the British one that funny.. but it's all good!! LOL

NO, I haven't heard about it... Now something fun to look forward too. I did watch Steve Carell on some show saying how if The Office was to air now it probably wouldn't even make it to the screen because of how PC everything is and all that.

I miss The Office too. I loved every character and every episode I am not including Will Farrell in that. But Robert California is a ride I would never survive Though a risk I might take! No show will ever compare, I am afraid.

I am pre-missing it disappearing from Netflix - it's my go to comfort show and excellent for background ambience and amusement

I can watch friends, parks and rec, and the office over and over. Although while I love the office it does have a high cringe factor (Michael I’m looking at you) at times and I will FF over parts that are uncomfortable for me. I cannot watch Scott’s tots at all. Ouch. But all the other moments are worth it.

I do miss "Alias," especially the storylines of the first few seasons. JJ Abrams is a genius, with a touch of ADD, in my opinion. He starts these really great shows, gets bored and moves onto his new project before finishing the first one. I loved that show! I miss the Netflix series "Derek" with Ricky Gervais. Here's the summary: This mockumentary-style comedy drama follows a group of outsiders living on the fringe of society. At the group's core is Derek Noakes, a tender, innocent man who works at a retirement home.

I love The Office. I have it on as my background constantly. I think when it leaves Netflix I’m going to have to buy the DVD’s.

Oh I LOVED Alias as well except I didn't discover it until it was off the air. Netflix did the DVDs for that show (I don't know if it ever streamed).. but for months I was back and forth mailing the DVDs.. I picked up one season at a thrift store and always looking for the rest of the DVDs.

And I'm talking hysterically laughing my tush off, AND ugly-crying tears. Dammit Ricky Gervais, how do you DO that? I am going to watch his newest show After Life aswell. He plays the main character who is a man who is trying to cope with life after losing his wife to cancer (played by 'Hannah' from Derek) I suspect tears of all kinds from this shoe aswell.

I may have just purchased the deluxe collector's edition of the entire series on eBay, even though I already own each season individually. 😳 To be fair, a few of my DVDs were messed up from being played so many times, and I didn't have the exclusive DVD included in the collector's edition.

Say what you will about clutter/minimalism, as long as I have a working DVD player, I'm not at the mercy of the streaming services for my entertainment!
