There was recently a thread about how to stamp on scrapbook pages, and I thought I would show a diecut/journal tag type thing that I made using a Cinnamon project life card, the cricut Old West cartridge and Heidi Swapp wolf pack stamps. This is a pretty typical way I use PL cards on regular scrapbook pages, and how I use stamps for scrapbooking. I like lots of layering, and little details. I will most likely add some stickles to the horse mane, but wanted to see the finished look before adding glitter. This is for a page where we went to a wild horse santuary/rescue center in South Dakota. There is a nod to SD with a little buffalo on the paper in front of the horse. www.wildmustangs.com/

Thanks! This was fun, I love altering those PL cards. I am working on getting better at posting pics too, (lacking in the tech dept here) so it's good for me to practice!

Beautiful way to dress up a card, @kendramage. Love all the layers and how you used the stamps

Gorgeous! I have attempted that myself, only to find that the tag doesn't eventually make the cut on the layout... so I have a few tag/PL cards just decorating and awaiting a forever home I think sketchtember might be a good chance to try this again. With pre-conceived ideas of where elements go, I can design a tag or card to fill a space and make it one of the "basic" elements on the page (except, as you've done, not basic, more of an amazing cluster!)

That is awesome! I do that a lot with my Project Life cards but you are much more creative!
This is probably the most I have done. Polka-dot pattern paper, Simple Stories 3x4 card, heart die cut, dollar store wish sticker title.
ETA: I am THE worst at posting photos. Sorry these are big.

This one is a BH PL metal die (4x6 size), 3x4 BH PL journal card (can't remember the line), and Echo Park and Bella Blvd. stickers

Y’all are so creative! These remind me of ATC’s. Artist Trading Cards. I have a couple but haven’t used them on a layout.
We should make this a monthly challenge. Altering a PL card.

These are great! I love the colors and the little sayings. I think that would be a fun challenge!
