Happy Sunday everyone! Here is your Sketchtember 15 sketch. It is a ‘Whimsical Spring’ template by Jumpstart Designs. It’s nice and colourful for you gramma ! 
And here is my layout using the template. Papers and elements are from the ’You Color My World’ kit by Snickerdoodle Designs and ‘Be A Unicorn’ kit by Bella Gypsy.
Today’s twist is a 3:6:9 twist:
At least 3 of the same background elements or embellishments = 1 point
At least 6 of the same background elements or embellishments = 2 point
At least 9 of the same background elements or embellishments = 3 point
And if you do a combination of 3:6:9 then take 6 points
In my example I did 3+ nuvo dots, 6+ buttons and 9+ flowers
