I am so sad because I don't find all the good stuff I see on youtiube. Aww. I don't see much of what people mention either, but I'm never sure if it's because the stores didn't receive any, or if someone plunders the items when they arrive. The aisles always look like a tornado hit them when I finally make it there after work. It's appalling and I feel the need to tidy as I dig through the mess looking for treasure.

I saw a few Crate Paper "Merry Days" things when I was there today that weren't there last week--some shaker stickers and a stamp set. I know people have mentioned wanting this collection, so it seems like checking your store in the next couple of weeks might pay off.

Found Snow and Cocoa ephemera, 6x6 paper and the mason jars embellishments! I have been ISO the Snow and Cocoa ephemera for YEARS, so this was an AWESOME find for me! Mine had maybe 6-8 or more of the Snow and Cocoa tags and ephemera this last week. Last year they had 2 or 3 three items all season.

I am so sad because I don't find all the good stuff I see on youtiube. Stores that do well selling crafts get the good stuff. Two of my stores are in the top 10% for crafts, so I can count on them to have most of it. My third store gets very little.

The San Jose store which is big, didn’t have much of anything either. I talked to another crafter who goes there every Wednesday ( that’s when they get their truck delivery) and she said it has been slim picking for awhile. Guessing the stores are stocking up on general holiday items, especially Christmas. So as I chatted with the other crafter we straightened out and cleaned up a few of the areas.

Went in search of Merry Days and found none. I got a couple of Snow and Cocoa items. I saw someone on YT do a haul video and she got almost all of the Merry Days embellishments, if not all of them, at her store. Green with envy.

I think ours have gotten a lot of a few items. Lots of little dies and stamp sets. Tons of stamp sets actually. We haven't received a lot of new paper except for some big packs of Jen Hadfield and a few Echo Park packs (24) of several different lines. All three of my stores have carried two different lines each. We have also received quite a few new pens/markers. I do think the holiday stuff is taking a priority. One of our stores got over 600 boxes and more than half was Christmas.

I haven't seen an Merry Days since last Christmas season. Sometimes we get items 2-3 weeks after I see the items on YouTube. I also have noticed that the number in the top right corner of the price sticker will often be a month ahead of the current month with some of the YouTube posters, so I do think some areas just get their items much early than we do. I usually only see the next month sticker on the last Monday of the month.

songbird...Lots of Merry Days at my store. There were flat stickers, puffy stickers, stamps, and a couple sets of snow globe 3D stickers. All were cute. My big craft store only got three of each type of embellishment.

I stumbled on an Instagram destash account recently when I was searching a crafty hashtag. The person running the destash account was clearly selling Tuesday Morning items, because right where the Tuesday Morning tag would be, she placed a small square of white paper so you couldn't see the tag. (Also, they were Snow & Cocoa items, which we've been seeing lately.) It kind of made me scratch my head. I guess she did that so that people wouldn't know how much she paid and she could charge higher prices, but it seemed very obvious to me what she was doing. I guess the other benefit would be that if the item didn't sell, it would still have the price tag and she could return it. I don't have much experience with TM resellers, but I found this very odd, so I wanted to share. Have you guys seen other sellers do this?

wendifful not on Instagram but definitely on eBay. I know it’s a supply and demand issue, and there certainly isn’t anything illegal about reselling merchandise, but I wish people wouldn’t purposely buy stock at discount stores to resell it on sites like eBay or Instagram. I have sold items I no longer love or plan on using, but I’ve never purposely purchased with the intent of reselling.

One of my stores has a seller that drives down from Denver to buy. She told the manager she had sold over a million dollars of stuff in the last three years. I have no idea if it is true, but that is pretty crappy of people to buy that much.

Sometimes I worry that the staff at my TM might think I'm a reseller! Sometimes I buy multiples of something (like a paper pad or Thickers set), but it's always for me. I also worry about this because of my shopping method. When I go into TM, I grab a basket and throw anything I think I might like in the basket as I'm browsing (sometimes multiples of an item if it's something I really want). Once I've finished doing all my browsing, I go through everything and decide which items to keep. Usually I end up putting most of what I picked out back (which of course I do very neatly). Every once in a while, I have a larger purchase, but usually I spend $5-$10 a week at TM. Do any of you guys have a TM shopping method you follow?

Same as you, although I usually spend more, and I don’t resell, either. However, I am on a spending freeze, so no visits to Tuesday Morning for me for awhile.

Can Tuesday Morning even make that kind of money?

Reselling craft supplies from TM has a very slim profit margin. I know some ladies who do that but after you figure in all the cost it really isn’t worth it. Figure in gas, taxes, fees and shipping, it all adds up. I’m a throw everything I think I may want in my cart shopper, then sort through it several times before I check out. We all do it so that’s why I make several passes down the aisle to see what other people put back.

I found some cute 12 x 12 packs of AC Christmas paper. There were only 12 sheets a pack, but the one that has wooden sleds on the front and blue snowflakes on the back was my favorite.

I'm glad because yesterday found some of the MERRY DAYS items at another store. I bought the puffy stickers, flat stickers and the snowglobe stickers. I would have liked to have found the 6X8 paper or the chipboard but I am happy with the items I found.

I went today and there was absolutely nothing new....well, a few Little Birdie embellished flowers for the holidays, but literally that was it. So disappointed, however, my wallet is relieved. Will have to try again next week for the Merry Days!

If you are having trouble finding new stock or things you see posted here and/or on YouTube, have you talked to the stores in your area about when they get their trucks and get the new items on the shelf?
I started doing better at finding scrappy stuff (worth buying) once I timed my visits. I now coordinate my grocery shopping with when Tuesday Morning stores have their newer items on the shelf.
For example, TM store A gets their shipment on Wednesday. They have the new products on the shelves by that evening right before they close on Wednesday. I don’t want to fight the traffic, so I stop by Thursday. Mornings are better, because by Thursday afternoon, the good stuff can be gone. Waiting till the weekend will ensure that I have made a useless trip. I’m retired, so I can go shop in the mornings. For working gals, they would do better going on Wednesday evening on their way home from work.
Store B gets their delivery on Thursdays, so Friday morning is a better time for me to shop at that store.
Both of those stores are near Costco, so I go to TM first, then Costco. I choose whether to go to store A or B, depending on what other errands in the area I will be running that week. They are in different areas.
There is another store in still another direction, which gets their truck on Wednesday, but they are not prompt at getting it on the shelves. They are more likely to wait to stock the craft items till Saturday or Sunday, late in the day. I can’t depend on them having it on the shelves when I go there, and have made more than one fruitless trip. If you know when your preferred Tuesday Morning gets products in, and when they get it on the shelves, it can increase your chances if you can go each week. If you wait till you see it mentioned here, it may already be sold out.
I hope that tip helps some of you to beat the ebay resellers to the good stuff.
However, some stores get more craft items than others. Different areas of the country may get things that are never sent to stores in other states. One of my former scrapping buddies and I let each other know when we find something good at TM, such as Graphic 45 or BoBunny papers, because we love those companies. Sometimes we will pick up things for each other, then do a paper swap. She lives in California. I live in Texas. We both used to live in Virginia.
There can be more than one reason that you hear about items here, but never find them at the Tuesday Morning nearest you.

In MN, the Roseville TM will not disclose when they get their truck, when they get stuff on the shelf, and will not let you look in the carts, even if they are out in the aisle. The Plymouth and Richfield locations will tell you they get the truck on Monday and they try to get stuff out Tuesday or Wednesday. I don't know why all the secrecy. Edited to add that I finally found out when the truck comes to Roseville from another store. I can only think it is because the employees want to shop the good stuff first, or they are saving it for select customers.

I’m on a spending freeze for paper crafting, so I haven’t been to my TM for awhile. There’s really not much point because I believe a reseller works at mine now. I’ve often wondered what her employee discount is. That would certainly help her reselling business.

Not really offering any news (my IG has all my finds), but if you were wondering where all the extras are coming for the CP lines, thank the TM buyer for that. I talked with Madison of Echo Park at the expo last week and he told me that the buyer for TM used to work for Michael's and that she asked for the special things he makes for TM (like the 12x12 chipboard they released recently) and that she made the same request to American Crafts. Don't be shocked that every line showing up to TM from the AC umbrella has some add-ons now because of AC's willingness to accommodate them in specially produced products.
