I do this too, with items of clothing that will need identical decreases or increases, such as sleeves or cardigan fronts. Ie knit two at the same time, usually on the same needles. I’m going to need a visual on this. Mind blown. Here is a pic of the socks I started tonight. These are from cuff down, rather than toe-up, but two at a time on 2 circulars:

The spooky patterns here are not as cute as Mystie's but they are free and might give some ideas for designs of your own. I think you might have to sign up for emails but there are lots of pretty, free patterns if you scroll through. I think I get emails once a week.

Ooh those are going to be pretty socks elaine Thanks! This is more of my 10 year old stashed yarn that I fell back in love with. It is by twisted fiber arts - they are still in business, but their pricing has jumped considerably. $47-$51 for one skein of hand-dyed sock yarn! So, I’m more than happy to knit what I have rather than buy any more. This is sport weight - so should knit faster. It is also self-striping, but with longer color repeats that blend into each other.

I love handknitted socks. I love the look, I love the feel of them. But I cannot imagine how they stay in business with one skein costing $50! That's an expensive pair of socks.

I’m done with crocheting all of mine, but blocking them all is another thing. I’ve only blocked 2 so far. Will block a couple more tonight, I guess.

Totally running behind, as usual. Only on my 2nd berry square. I didn't want to fall more than a week behind though, so I'm on target lol I'll be starting my 3rd one tonight. I was thinking if waiting for the wheat ones until the end, not because I think it will be too hard for me, but by doing so it will hopefully get me back on track. I am much quicker now and making less mistakes, so I should hopefully able to kinda keep up. Maybe.

I'm having a terrible time on this wheat square with the puff stitches. I'm a loose crocheter to begin with and I am trying to make the tiniest puffs I can.

I didn't get the yarn pack because I didn't like the changes, so I'm not C-A-L-ing. It's probably just as well as my life has turned into a crazy mile-a-minute mess right now. I'm still working on my Moorland when I have time, I just am not having much of it.

The other quilt thread reminded me I finished this quilt and just got a photo of it last weekend. I started this before 2011, moved to India and didn’t quilt while there, moved to Poland and finished the top (thank you to the pea who messaged me the instructions since I put my Stack and Whack book in storage) and then moved to Dubai and quilted it.

I have spent the past three weeks and more sitting around waiting for contractors to come to my house and do work, and then sitting around while they work. I needed something easy to do that I could put down quickly and answer questions if needed, and then pick up quickly. So this is what I've produced in that time, on scrap bits of fabric. Of course they need to be ironed, and then I want to make them into little ornaments or stuffies, maybe put some in a basket...if I ever get around to that, I'll share those, too. So cute!

All your projects are wonderful as usual. jeremysgirl - LOVE that meme! It's so me! **GypsyGirl** - your meme made me laugh too. Not fabric as much, but I have papers in all of those categories. LavenderLayoutLady - adorable baubles! lainey I can't believe how quickly you finished the quilt tops. I agree about letting the designer know that her pattern is being used unlawfully. Mystie You're so clever. I have a friend who cross-stitches those miniatures and one takes her half a day. So much time and work goes into them. I'm working on something somewhat ambitious. I got some yarn in a perfect heliotrope colour for me, but it's bulky yarn (chunky in UK terms) and I wanted a short, fitted, non-raglan, v-neck cardigan or jacket. Could I find a pattern anywhere on Ravelry, Pinterest or even Etsy? Nope. So I'm modelling it on an existing little sweater, and basically making it up as I go along. Here is my progress so far. Original sweater: Back panel: Wow! I have thought about trying to do something like this, creating the pattern as I go based off of another sweater but I don't think I'm ready for that yet. Good Luck, looks great!

I can't click on it to zoom in and have a proper look, but the colours are just beautiful and it was obviously a LOT of work.

tyra elaine Pahina722 RosieKat how are your crochet along squares coming along? I've got four more left to do for this week so of course I'm running behind. How about you guys? I’ve been holding off on starting since I’m already working on the Battenberg squares for that blanket. HOWEVER, doing the same pattern over and over and over and . . . well, I’m considering diving into the Nature Walk Blanket squares and doing some since they are bigger and different. Meanwhile, I’ve also begun an amigurumi cat and am at the heel turn of the second sock of my first pair ever. so many projects, so little time!

I couldn't believe my luck that I ended up with an original Wild Hedgerow kit after I told them to cancel it. What colorway were you looking at? I thought you wanted the Open Fields one. Maybe they will get more kits in in the future and you can try at a later time.

I was surprised by the popcorn stitch, looks so easy! Hopefully I am reading it right and it really is as easy as it seems.

The popcorn stitch, for me, is much easier in terms of size consistency compared to the puff in the Wheat square.

Here’s my most recent crochet I love these! They all look perfect! I crocheted a trees worth of snowflakes about 8 years ago and we use some of them each year. I also crocheted our tree’s angel that we’ve used each year:
