Information about how far patients stand from others and their breathing and movement as they interact – and whether the distance differs among family members, friends, co-workers and strangers – can help psychiatrists determine how well medication is working and whether other therapies and interventions would be beneficial and improve quality of life.

This was very interesting. It seems like mental health doesn't get near the amount of research as physical ailments do so I love to see advancements being made in the mental health arena.

That's very exciting. Schizophrenia has long been viewed as a "death sentence" (not literally, but a "nothing we can do other than medicate the hell out of you" disease) and it's refreshing to see something new that could lead to other treatment modalities.
