Go you! What else is on your list?
I'm not a regular, but I need the proverbial lick up the whatnots today. I'm back from work (flu clinic overtime) and I've put a load of washing on. Major tidying-up to do next. Thank you for the nudge I needed.

I’ll join. My master bedroom/closet/bath is in a shambles of clutter. I’ve been ignoring this area for awhile so I think I can handle a couple rounds of 15s here... see ya in 15!

I've done 25 minutes of tidying and the place looks so much better already. Now for the spreadsheet updates I've been putting off.

I picked up a few random things in the area and then I cleaned the bathroom counter and sinks and tub (just dusty). I threw in a load in the washing machine and started to vacuum but realized the roller bar was filled with 20 pounds of hair so I’ve been dealing with that. Off for another 15 minutes!

Ok, I vacuumed/cleaned all the flooring in the master closet and bathroom. Emptied the bathroom and kitchen trash, restocked toilet paper, hung up some clothes. Now my master bath and closet are clean!! I still have my master bedroom and little attached office/extra room to go. I think I have one more 15 in me right now then I need to finish getting ready and head to yoga.

Please can someone refresh me on what the 15 minute challenge actually is? Is it work for 15 minutes, rest, then do some more for another 15 etc? Why is it a challenge?

Please can someone refresh me on what the 15 minute challenge actually is? Is it work for 15 minutes, rest, then do some more for another 15 etc? Why is it a challenge? set a timer and do something for 15 min. You can do one set or multiple sets. The idea is that you can do anything for 15 min and some people just need a little jump start. The challenge was so long ago I don't remember, but I think it was a try to get the most you could done in 15 or make a list and try to beat the clock Sports started here, so I am off the clock until the football game is over
